Steve and Devin from Johnston's showed up in less than 20 minutes after my wife called AAA. I could not be more impressed with the expertise they both demonstrated in freeing our car. From the very deep snow, they pulled the car, with my wife and dog still in it, backward onto a flat bed. They got to our house, then backed up the long curving driveway in very poor visibility and deposited the car just where I wanted it in front of the garage. The provider was fast, efficient, friendly and the service call was free with the Subaru new car warranty coverage. So my cost was $0 plus the optional tip (which I was able to do seamlessly on Venmo).
