Within less than 18 months of use, the cord that raises the blind was becoming frayed on one side. When I asked Country Design to repair the cord, they refused. While some things are pricey (and not quite my taste) there are lots of bargains in here, from pillows to art to sweet little porcelain boxes for dressing up your living room.
