I got the run around and it took 2 weeks to get the missing bracket to install the shelves We got the TV stand next. It got delivered without shelves, and the handles for the door were cut incorrectly and did not match the threaded holes on the doors. After the issues with our first piece, they would double check to make sure everything was right. They did not. THANKFULLY I did not pay in full, and I refused to pay until everything was fixed. They kept me waiting all day, with very little communication. I called the store and the wife was rude over the phone, after asking where the missing shelves and fixed handles are. Finally showed up to fix everything later that afternoon. Long story short, I will never buy from them again. After you purchase something from them, they are rude and careless. If you are to buy something, expect awful customer service and lazy work.

The company that did the actual repair made a mistake with the size of the glass. Chris was very professional and friendly. He called me when the table and chairs arrived which was happily a little quicker than expected. He set up delivery on a Sunday and gave us a time frame.
