Walking in I wasn't nervous for I just though it was just a pulled muscle from excessive working out. Dr Sanjeev Suratwala - I could tell he had a smile on his face while talking to me. It was like talking to a friend which made me feel very comfortable. He went as far as not only explaining my condition but showing my my X-rays and going though everything step by step. Dr Sanjeev Suratwala gave me options of treatment and pain medicine. Also saying let's take it step by step to see what works best and will see me in a month. For now muscle relaxers, antiflammatory, physical therapy, acupuncture & yoga. Front desk agent Dariett was very helpful for I had to fill out forms that I forgot to do before arriving. Dariett was patient, very pleasant and informative. Theresa (Nurse) took me in asking questions about my pain and also small talk. We had a laugh. Again she was also pleasant. X-ray tech lady. Disc Degeneration Degenerative Chronic Neck Pain Chronic Back Pain Arthritis in my lower neck & lower back. I'm so very happy that I went for sometimes we think what's happeing to our body is minor.
