I explained that time was of the essence & that bought from them based on them being a Mississippi Company (THEY ARE NOT) I paid my deposit on Sept 23rd 2025 with promises of a 2-4 week lead time. My install was finally set for Dec 9th & 10th. They did not start my install until Dec 12th & finished Dec 16th The fine print in their contract only benefits them. They will lie to you Or mislead you with promises that they will not keep, anything to make a sale. They are only a sales team, NOT the construction Company. They farm out your contract to a 2nd party, who then subs out the installation. They subbed out my 24 x 35 x 12 building to Affordable Carports. LLC. They in return did not honor the lead time quoted to me by ProStructures. I was told by Tony the salesman for ProStructures that they would adjust my cost for they delays. I retired & needed to move my store. (I paid an extra months rent on my computer store) due to all the delays) THEY DID NOT REFUND ME A DIME .They also did not install on the dates they finally set for installation. When they did show up , they informed that they brought the wrong gauge sheet metal I had ordered the 26ga they had brought me 29ga They then offered to deduct the cost difference between the 2 thicknesses. No extra for me not getting what I had contracted for. I declined their offer. I was told they would have the correct metal delivered & installed on Sunday, They no showed, no called, Affordable Carports. LLC.. Did give me a token $200 off the price for their screw up. Each delay caused scheduling problems with my insulating company & my electrician which pushed my completion time even further down the line. The crew that installed my building was subbed by Affordable Carports. LLC.. also the factory got paid (4) Companies took a bite of the pie that I paid for. They failed in communications, They also passed the blame around to each other with BS excuses & delays. The roll up doors are not metal, I believe the quality of install to be poor. Way more I could tell you about this fiasco but time & space makes that hard.

They help me make landscape decisions and show me product options. I love shopping here, because I never feel I have to linger and make choices regarding products I am unfamiliar with. I am very surprised that I am the first to review this place, considering how big and spread out…read morethey are. Grainger provides pretty much every necessity any business could ever need. Light bulbs, cleaning supplies, restrooms supplies, floor mats, shelving, you name it they got it. They are like the Costco of business materials. Grainger is very simple to order from ever since they switched to an online catalog. Their website is very easy to use, it keeps track of everything you purchase so that way when you need to reorder it, it's very simple to find again. You can even set recurring scheduled deliveries so you dont even have to worry about spending time ordering the same thing over and over again. Every time I have ever had to speak to a representative they are always courteous and respectful, and always get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Ill put it to you this way, In the six years I traveled around Texas managing Discount Tire locations, we have never used anyone else, and I can count on one hand all of the times we have ever had any sort of trouble with an order. The only downside is they dont deliver, everything is sent UPS...so there is a charge for shipping, but if I remember correctly its not very much cause they get a mega-user discount.

I said, "no it's for making 'pocket holes'". After trying to help him understand what a pocket hole was he the proceeded to yell at me saying "we don't sell the damn jig" Really rude and really unprofessional. I'd recommend going and sticking with the big boxes like Lowe's and Home Depot they seem to understand customer service.
