I asked her could I get it done today which is the 23rd of December she made it a huge deal as if she was soooo busy and said she could not but she could set an appointment for next week. Laughable. Thankfully I found a zipperhead at Joanne's fabric, paid 5$ and put it on myself and it only took 5mins. Doesn't take a week to do a 5 minute job. Smh. The way I feel, she could have put the zipper on while I was standing there and I could have paid my 30$ and left. I guess she's so rich that she can turn down anyone job that she wants no matter how simple it is. Btw I am a seamstress myself. I highly do not recommend.

(I've requested a refund; we'll see what happens.) Very crowded on a Sunday at midday. Patrons left laundry in machines and left, making it difficult for others to get service. While we were there, the front door stopped opening from outside. The facility ought to be attended with the level of usage it gets.
