They told me that I could bring the collar in for them to determine if they could do the job. I was helped immediately and they recommended that I go to Joann Fabric to purchase rivets for the dog tag. They were able to assist on the spot without an appointment, and they were so careful in the placement of the tag, as not to cause any discomfort to my dog while he's wearing it. This was a fantastic experience and I'll be sure to return in the future for any other tailoring and shoe repair needs!

They emailed me that it was past due. If they would have sent receipt earlier or called. I would have submitted the payment asap. So only one suggestion better communication.
