They picked up laundry next day. If you have over 3 bags. They return it in 3 days not counting the weekend. So. Wednesday pick up. Monday delivery back. Everything folded neatly. Smells great. Packed very nicely. I recommend. I just think their communication could be a little better. I never got the receipt for services. So couple days after they dropped it off. They emailed me that it was past due. If they would have sent receipt earlier or called. I would have submitted the payment asap. So only one suggestion better communication.

My son is tall and extremely slim so having his items tailored/altered is a must. The first initial visit was good however the pants were still baggy. So she had to take them in some more. After I refused and let them know I paid in advance, I decided to call my bank on speakerphone, had them verify that I indeed paid, and STILL the owner wanted the phone number to the bank, and who I was speaking to. There is NO reason I should have had to go to great lengths to pick up my belongings. All this stress for $21.98. As a first time visitor, I will not be returning due to the lack of customer service and negative attitude. This establishment although it seems to be a great neighborhood staple, may not take well to newcomers. Just utterly disappointed in the treatment I received, all while still showing grace. The ladies working there were really nice and let me know they were pretty backed up with alterations (this place is popular!). The turnaround time was about 4 weeks but that didn't bother me. I didn't get a call once they were ready, as I thought I would, so I called in to make sure they were ready for pickup. The jeans fit a lot better than before and even though the back pockets were closer together as a result, they still looked good. The total was $20 which I thought was really reasonable. I would definitely return for future dry cleaning and alteration needs.

The owner Harry tried to deny his business damaged the suit & refused to pay for the damages. After a heated discussion, he threw $24 at us in bills as a refund for the dry cleaning charges instead of reimbursing us for the cost of replacing the damaged suit. Just walk inside and you will know immediately not to leave your clothes here. As another reviewer said, the owner was rude & surly. If you want to get your clothes back way worse off than when you dropped them off, by all means, use St Paul Cleaners. Will try Remington & Sanitate nearby the Hopkins Homewood campus which have better reviews.
