When I needed to communicate with an insurance professional I spent three days trying to get through to someone at this office to review and upgrade my insurance policy. I left a voicemail -- that was NOT returned. I called a few days later about three times only get voicemail again. I called StateFarm 800 number to get in touch with this office. A young woman with no insurance experience tried to answer my basic questions and couldn't. She then suggested that I schedule an appointment the following week to speak with an insurance agent. She explained that the office was "busy." I followed up as advised only to learn that there was no insurance professional available. According to this woman they are a "high volume office." After spending a week and 1/2 dozen calls trying to get through to an agent at Emond Richardson's office, I transferred my insurance to another StateFarm. Suddenly an insurance agent named Michael called me wanting to answer my questions. My new State Farm agency quickly and easily answered my questions and increased my policy limits. If my account is mysteriously transferred to Emond Richardson I'll drop State Farm entirely. This office is poorly run.

The office staff is very nice. For any reason if I cannot answer their call, they leave a voicemail and send an email. I never had to try to get a hold of them. I refer almost all of my friends who are looking for professional tax specialists. I had to switch maybe 3-4 tax specialists until I was referred to this office. I felt like other tax specialists were just filing my taxes before just to get over with. They never asked questions about what is coming into my account and what is going out of it and for what purpose. Since this office is added to my QuickBooks, they analyze the account activity. I have used TurboTax and H&R Block in the past, years later I realize that I never knew all tax benefits that I was eligible for. I never got any tax returns. Uncle Sam would never give me. You can use self-service platforms only if you know exactly what you are doing. My situation is not that simple, I have multiple 1099 like forms, W2, tax forms from trading platforms like Webull and TD AmeriTrade from stock trading, so I need a professional eye to go through them. They service individual and corporate clients, so I believe no client is too small or too big for them. Give it a try!

I was quoted $102/month with discounts for completing a defensive driving course ( paid $60 and sat through a grueling course for 6 hours) , signed up for the safe driving app ( tracks driving) and wrote two positive reviews . Later, they increased it to $168, claiming the underwriter found "points," even though I took the course to have that cleared. When I asked for written documentation showing how the premium was calculated, they refused. I wrote to Jon Farney , President and Chief Executive Officer of State Farm and received a letter back from Alan Wheeler which doubled down on his bait-and-switch .
