I first ordered a rv cover from admirals building in July. Scott was very helpful and the entire process was smooth the cover was installed about 3 weeks after I placed my order and have not had any issues or complaints about it. I then started to shop around for a 30x40 shop I first went back with admiral but shopped around and another company promised a lower deposit so unfortunately decided to use them. I was told my building would be installed 3 weeks after my order date. The 3 weeks went by with no word from the company and the game of we need more money to deliver the building began. I decided to cancel my order and ask for a refund. I then went back to scott with admirals best buildings the day I asked for a refund and not only was the total price less but so was my deposit and monthly payment. He told me my building would be delivered in 3-4 weeks. I soon after revived a call to confirm my order and schedule a install date, not two days later I got another call to tell me they had a cancelation and if I would like my building set up that Thursday of course I said yes. In the cold rain the crew showed up to install my building they were able to get the base down but asked if they could come back the next day to finish of course I said yes. They came back out just like promised and finished the building and it's exactly what we asked for. I received my 12 x 36 cabin which is going to be my tiny house. The rain slowed the delivery down but when the young man told me he would be delivering it on a specific date it was done shut up leveled and now I'm ready to get started on it. Scott at Admiral buildings is an awesome person to deal with I would recommend him and Admiral buildings to anyone. Had a 12x20 lofted barn built. It was delivered today, and I am absolutely impressed. The delivery crew managed to thread it down my drive, between the house and trees without issue.
