Although the rear speakers weren't connected, I heard enough to purchase the item. Went home, ordered it online, and with 10 minutes the order was ready for pick up. Very easy pick up process, and the employees I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The store was very clean, and there was plenty of parking outside.

I called to have him rectify the situation but he continued to ignore my calls and instead have his reps. talk to me and tell me he was busy for 2 days after the fact.
