I'm usually ordering 1 to 2 drinks so it's not a large order to cause any confusion. Not sure why they offer Almond Milk as a dairy alternative if they're going to make my order with regular milk regardless of how I order my drink. Today after getting my drink and getting back onto the highway they made my drink with regular milk yet again. I turned around to ask them to remake my drink correctly only to get laughed at because I stated I could not have lactose. I realize these are all younger kids working here but I did not find what I said funny. She said they were busy and sometimes get it wrong. I can understand sometimes but this is more than sometimes now. They did remake it but made it incorrect a second time. At this point I just asked for a refund because I would rather just get my coffee at Starbucks at this point. The store "lead" came out and did offer to make my drink herself - she made it ...... again she made it wrong. Why would I order a caramel Drink without caramel?? She said she didn't give me the caramel because I could not drink milk. I threw it out. Won't be coming back.
