It was my first time getting a full blonding balayage. I knew it would take a long time since I was going from super dark hair to blonde. In total, it took 7 hours. I'm happy I found this salon because it's in a private studio so it's quiet and relaxing. I love how passionate she is about her job, and she works really hard on getting you to your hair goal. I'm thinking about going back to get another bleaching session since I like my hair to be super blonde but I'm afraid my hair will break off. I might risk it though haha. Overall, I love this salon. Elle is super nice and made me feel comfortable, made me feel like I'm hanging out with a good friend. I love the haircut she gave me. I had some crazy postpartum hair growth that made my hair stick up weird in the front and she cut my hair in a way that you can't even tell that I have those crazy hairs. The front desk girl was very welcoming and offered me water right away. The salon is very clean, and the decor has a great vibe. Coming from another salon (the one with an ampersand in the name), I definitely felt more like a valued client here. Many little details were considered here, like the hairdryers attached to the ceiling and the washing bowls move automatically (so you don't have to keep readjusting to line up your neck correctly).
