When I got to the item that was advertised out front, the price tag indicated the price was double what I expected... I still took it to the counter, assuming they forgot to add the discounted sticker to it. Sure enough, it was not ringing up at the discounted price. The gentleman helping me (Nicolus) looked through their adds and even went out front to check the Marquee for me before asking his manager to discount the item for me. The manager did not hesitate to honor the price and I was able to walk out with one heck of a deal.

They stated yes we can get that done at 8:30 PM. I showed up at 8:45 and was told that the prescription was not ready when I asked hey I really need my son's prescription. I politely asked can you please do it really quick I can wait. They said yes just drive around and come back to the window. I had accidentally locked my keys and my phone in my car and when I asked if anybody can assist me with making an outbound call, they all said no. They didn't even care and they weren't even trying to help. I even asked if they could use their personal phone number to message somebody so that I didn't have to walk two hours home but they said no that they wouldn't. I went inside thinking a clerk would understand and she said that they can make outbound calls. She kept entering the number incorrectly and then told me it wasn't working. I would not recommend this Walgreens or pharmacy to anybody because not only do they not get prescriptions ready on time their customer service has always been terrible. None of them cared that it was pouring outside, none of them had compassion or even cared to help. When I looked at the pharmacist she just shook her head. I'm so upset that I had to walk two hours home to get my spare key when anybody in the store could have helped me, but they chose not to stating that the outbound calls are not made on their phones and also that they would not call my family member with their personal phone. Specifically the pharmacy staff has been rude, unhelpful, inconsistent and inaccurate with providing info on when prescriptions are ready. I've always submitted a request a few days early so it's a smooth refill for me, but they let requests sit there for days, and the last 2 months alone I've called to get an update and that's when they've given inaccurate ready times, so I'm left chasing down a person to talk to again when all I want to do is plan my errands accordingly. This evening Sarah was probably the rudest I've spoken to, trying to rush me off the phone with a mumbled "we'll do it tomorrow". I asked if there's a timeframe I should follow (I often submit early to again keep it easy for myself, and also plan ahead for traveling), and I got another rude and defensive remark that landed with "fine I'll have it by 7p" -- sooo, this arbitrary wait time was not necessary!? I know they may be busy, and also have requirements to only refill certain meds after a certain time frame, but the lack of customer service and communication has fallen off completely! At the very least, make the communication in the app clearer as to why there's a delay for 3+ days.

While I am writing this review, I'm currently on hold and have been for an additional 6 minutes and counting trying to figure out why someone disconnected the call. I just need my pain meds, this is completely unacceptable.
