I needed to get my nails done before I took off on vacation and I waited a long time and I thought that I wasn't going to get an appointment but Sandy at ADORE was amazing. I have my own natural nails and they grow very long and I usually don't have anybody do my nails but right before leaving for Hawaii I broke two of them and I really didn't want to cut them all off right before I went so I found Sandy and she made me two acrylic nails that looked very much like my own natural and that was the biggest thing to me is trying to get an acrylic nail to look like a natural one. Sandy was able to do that for me and give me a nice manicure!! I never get my nails done so when She told me the price I kind of gasped but I guess that is the going rate. I love this place. I've had my lashes done by Luz & Sylvia several times. They've both done great jobs. They each took the time to find out what I wanted and did it. They take time to clean my lashes which is very important. Once done they pass me a mirror & ask if everything is to my liking. The office is really cute, open and airy. The glue they use is great. If you don't sleep on your face they easliy last 3 weeks. read more

I've been going to Luz for eyelash extensions for about 3-4yrs now. I just love her! She is very skilled and delivers beautiful quality work. She has a great attitude and has wonderful customer service. I go every 3weeks for fills and always look forward to my visits because I know I'm going to feel like a million bucks when I leave. First off, I feel so bad writing this review! I went into ADORE really excited to try lash extensions by them, I was going in for a fill and had an appointment with Sylvia. I have had extensions done at at least 5 different places and have never experienced what I did here. About an hour into the appointment, I was asked by Sylvia to open my eyes - to my horror, I was unable to open my eyes because my eyes were literally glued stuck in the outter and inner corners. It was like a eyelash nightmare turned into reality. Apparently, the gel pad was not placed properly on my lower lashes and when the extensions were applied to the top lashes, the bottom ones were getting glued to the top lashes. It was painful and I got poked a few times in her attempt to get my eyes "unstuck". Luz, I think was her name, came to my rescue and helped get my lashes unstuck. Once I was finally able to open my eyes, I was asked to look at my lashes to see if I liked them. You guys. I kid you not, it looked like two different eyes - thats how sloppy and messy my lashes were. They were uneven and in that moment I had already been there for over two hours and was ready to cry. Luz was amazing and fixed my lashes for me. They are insanely dramatic but at least they are even.. to be honest, I am currently trying to find another place to get the lashes I have on right now removed. They look SO heavy and you can see the layers of glue on my lashes when I look down... I am in total disbelief. Oh, and want to hear the cherry on top? I got a $10 discount. So why even the two stars? I really appreciated the responsibility taken my Luz. She apologized, even though it wasn't her fault, and literally said, "you are not leaving until you are happy" talk about customer service, she stayed past the time she had to in order to fix my lashes and make me feel comfortable. If I ever come here again, or you do, only go to Luz! read more
