I consistently have been going to only this bike shop with my s40 for a couple years now, I've had oil changes, fluid flushes, changing out tires, broken foot pegs and even a motor rebuild on it! (Ik this is a lot of work for this bike but it's been passed down through my family so it means a lot to me) this shop has ALWAYS immediately gotten me in for work. Gregg is a great guy and while he can come off as rude sometimes he is actually a great guy and genuinely cares about getting the work done the right way the first time even if he has to hold on to the bike a little longer. Chris is an exceptional mechanic as well, he has always broke down every step of what he did for me as I'm not so bike savvy (Barnie style). This review is long overdue. I found Adrenaline Rush Motorsports two years ago thanks to Razee, because Razee doesn't do work on bikes older than about 15 years. Since my lady is a '93 Yamaha Virago, they sent me to Gregg. Personable, attentive, honest, & hard-working are all things to describe Gregg & how he approaches his business. It also speaks volumes that Razee continues to send folks to Adrenaline Rush over & over again. Gregg even drove me home after I dropped my bike off. The team at Adrenaline Rush did a great job with my delicate old heifer & debriefed all of the changes/upgrades for me. Thanks to them, I learned that brand new tires are actually a little bit slippery. So take it easy on the turns until they're a bit more broken in. I was looking for a mechanic for my 05 V-Star that needed a little bit of love. Called the list of local motorcycle mechanics to service my bike only to be told it would be months before an appointment (it was peak riding season so you know how that goes). When I called Adrenaline Rush, to my surprise I was able to drop my bike off the next day. Requested certain services to be done (valve adjustment, carburetor rebuild) and was told they would call when they get to the bike and assess it. When they contacted me about my bike they were realistic about my bike and spotted issues with my bike that I wasn't aware of. I bought a second motorcycle towards the end of the season. Im a master mechanic, but being so busy at my garage I saw Adrenaline's reviews and figured what the hell. All I wanted was a checkup to make sure what I bought wasn't junk. Long story short after paying $850 for a check up that included a battery I got the motorcycle back. With time I eventually looked more into the bike. It was missing a air filter and desperately needed rear brakes. I understand these are easy fixes, but for $850 come on.... Recently I had some misfortune with my motorcycle to the point where it needed to have some serious work done...more than the bike was really worth. Greg was very good to me! He took the time to explain a lot of stuff that I as a first time bike owner did not know. A business that cannot do their job. Never been so disappointed. My father brought his Harley in for a simple oil leak fix. After being told they would do it the next day, he didn't even 'get to'. Two days later, my father is told his part is obsolete so the mechanic 'made' the part himself and it still didn't fit. So not only did he mickey mouse a handmade part, he couldn't even make it correct to begin with. They thought they'd see how it would take, not even feeling confident.......now the bike is gushing oil everywhere and could've seriously injured the driver. ABSOLUTEL DICK ON THE PHONE. A man who cannot provide efficient service nor admit to his FAULTY, HACKJOB FIX. Ruined the opportunity for a great charity run the following day. read more
