Cat replacement.

Great service per usual. Great work for half the price. Will not go anywhere else but here. Don't waste your time at big name shops that's going to rip you off.

Thank God they're open on Sunday!

This place is awesome!! They bailed me out big time this past weekend! My wife was driving her Subaru late Saturday afternoon when her exhaust system suddenly began dragging on the road. She limped home with the car, and, in true husband fashion, I told her I'd deal with it tomorrow. So, the next day, I looked under the car and saw an exhaust pipe had rotted at the original factory weld seam and completely separated from the rear section of the exhaust. I temporarily re-hung the pipe with a wire coat hanger, and then remembered seeing a sign that this place was open on Sundays. It was 10 a.m., and I called to confirm. The man who answered the phone said he was open until noon, so I rushed over. He took me in right away, put the car on a lift and inspected the exhaust system. In addition to the separated pipe weld, he found a flex pipe in poor condition and likely to fail in the near future, so I had him fix both items. I took a walk, and the mechanic called me an hour and 15 minutes later to say my car was ready. As with my first experience there, the price was very reasonable, and I was grateful they are open Sundays. Now my wife doesn't have to worry when she drives the car to work on Monday. This is definitely my go-to place for automotive exhaust system work!

Came in on a Sunday afternoon to get a quote , left a hour(ish) later with the work done. Very reasonable pricing and good overall person. Highly recommended

All better!

This guy is my hero!! The hanger broke off the rear of my muffler, it was welded back on once. I went to several other muffler shops and they all said the same thing. $500+ for a new muffler, parts labor, etc. Other shops just want to sell you new parts and the employees lack the skill or desire to do actual repairs. The gentleman here had the car up, looked at and welded with in 20 minutes. FOR $25!!!

I went in for some exhaust work, called and was able to stop by the shop the next morning on Sunday.

Recently began experiencing a vibration in my Honda CR-V while traveling at high speeds. Assumed…read moreit was a tire balancing issue, so scheduled a session at Sully's last Wednesday. Dropped the car off, but before I left, Sully had already suspected that the issue wasn't a tire thing, but a drive shaft/U-joint issue, which was confirmed shortly thereafter. Figured that it would be both a fix that would take a long time and cost me an arm and a leg... but Sully quoted me a surprisingly reasonable price, AND had the parts ordered and replaced on the vehicle by the end of the day on Thursday, the day after I dropped it off. Said this before, and I'll say it again - for superb workmanship, fair pricing, and superior service, there is NO BETTER SHOP in the area than Sully's Auto Care. This has been my go-to shop for the last three years, and I am profoundly thankful and exceedingly happy that I found them.

If you ever need to get your automobile fixed this is the only place I'd recommend. Steve has…read morehelped me multiple times with my truck and also my Jeep. He is quick to investigate the issue and explains everything that is involved and lets you know the cost of parts and labor and also his prices compared to everyone else are VERY reasonable! He goes above and beyond and so do all the people working at this shop. Very helpful and friendly, they have integrity which is rare to find these days. When you deal with this shop it's like having your good buddy hook you up and help you out! Honestly I can't say enough good things about this business. When I was lied to by another person about what was "needed" I got a second opinion here and THIS was the correct opinion. It all went exactly how I was told. These guys really care about their customers and their work. You would be doing yourself a disservice by going anywhere else for your automotive needs! I will be going to them always and you would be wise to do the same! Best mechanics around right here!!

A fan so far. I…read morecalled for an appointment and was greeted with a very pleasant person ion the other end of the phone. Very polite and introduced himself. I explained my issue (check engine light). he told me to drop it off the next morning, which I did. **The place is a little odd when you are looking from the road, It is a gas station with the service bays in the back. The name is on the awning and not the sign. Once I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and a handshake. He took my contact info and told me he would give me a call after noon. He called back and explained that he had hooked up my car to the computers and got the codes. Ran all of the latest diagnostics so on and so forth. and that it all actually checked out. In the discussions I mentioned that the car had some recent body work. Piecing it all together his opinion was that they had unhooked the battery at the body shop and some of the programming did not take when they hooked it back. Total charge, $0.00. Had I taken the car to Inskip, I would have paid $90.00 just to plug it to the machine. So at this point, I am a fan and will return. I will add any update when and if I need to have my car worked on.

If you are a woman Joe will rob you blind. First I brought my car for an inspection and he decided…read moreon his own to do an oil change and I was forced to pay it. I had an issue with my windows not going down so I asked him to check it. He charged me for looking at it and told me he changed some fuses. I didn't have the money to get it fixed so he gave me a copy of what the bill was. It was almost 600 dollars. I took the car to a relative and he took the little panel off where the power buttons are and asked why is this unplugged I told him Joe must have left it like that, so he plugged them together then turned my car on and what do you know ALL the power windows went down. I had also brought my car to him with a screw in my tire and I asked him if he could plug it. Well he called me back and said that the tire was no good and of course he had one for just over 100 dollars, so I paid it. Well I recently got a flat and for the heck of it I asked the repair guy at Ryder tire in West Warwick if he would see if the tire in my trunk that Joe said was no good could be used? Well what do you know the tire was fine and I have been using it for over 2 months now. I also went back and looked at some of the bills that I have from Joe and things are not adding up!!! What a surprise. I don't know how that man sleeps at night. I left him a message but of course I got no reply. Times are tough and I have a family to support and the very last thing I needed was Joe to rob me. I absolutely believe in karma so just know it's coming Joe.
