Ripping our smokey gray color countertops we literally got 3 years ago was something we didn't want to do. But since our kitchen floor beams, walls AND everything had to be ripped out due to mold in Spring '21, we decided to come here based on our contractor's direction. Adria is a family-run business located on a tricky, hard-to-find Nepperhan Ave entrance in Yonkers carrying granite, marble and quartz slabs. The owner(?) was super pleasant and incredibly helpful. Hubs and I knew we wanted an on-trend white quartz look with minimal grey veins to tie the look with Midnight Blue Kraftmaid cabinets we got. We also wanted to kill two birds with the same stone and noticed these folks carry oval and rectangular deep sinks and got the last for our new kitchen. Installation from their part, worked fine. Plus they also worked around our kitchen cabinet contractor's time making the entire job a harmonious one. Reliable. Knowledgeable and professional. They came through perfectly. read more

Dealing with the office staff was fine, they were helpful through out the process. On the other hand the installation and finish was subpar. The workers did a horrible job applying the caulk. They had to return twice to complete the job. The first time the worker who did measurements was annoyed. The second time, I was told to just buy some caulk and a sponge and apply it. I laughed and said why would I do that...? If that's what I paid for, I said you did not even apply in some spots. They missed areas and when I showed one of the workers they were frustrated. He did not believe me, we went over to the area and with a flash light I had to show him. One of my outlets was bent. I was a little understanding with that but that was carless. In another area the back splash was not cut in line with the outlet box. I showed another area under the cabinets and before I could even show the worker he said we don't do that... Then I said really... I showed him where they did under most of them and for some reason left two areas without caulk. Then another crew member was on the phone with someone arguing. Very unprofessional. On the way out one of the crew members dumped the water from their bucket over my hedges and into my front yard. Also, very unprofessional. I also had to go to the office and have a finishing piece cut. At that time I was asked how did the guys do... I said it was still incomplete. I had an exact piece they needed to duplicate. I picked up the piece and it was off. Over all the office staff was fine but unfortunately the crew was not. I am sure they do good work but they did not for me. read more

I had two countertop jobs done here, and was very pleased with both experiences. For one job (my countertop), I knew which material I wanted, and had Adria order and cut the quartz, and the job was done in about two weeks. For the other job (my mom's), she went on-site and chose a slab they had in their yard, and the countertop was ready in about a week. For both installs, a team of about 3-4 folks showed up right on time and began a prompt, professional and clean setup. The countertops looked great in both cases. As an aside, the yard for these guys is a little hard to find. It is up a hill that requires a couple of sharp turns, and it is not much to look at, but you will immediately appreciate (just based on sheer amount of work being done and the numerous slabs lining the yard) that these guys know their stuff and do it well. I found Adria by researching different fabricators online and deciding against going with a home improvement store's referral service to random third-party fabricators. We are coming toward the end of a MAJOR renovation, and our experience with Adria was second to none. The templating process was 100% accurate. Delivery was quick, and the installation crew was professional and polite....and strong! What really made it a great experience was how helpful they were when I realized that our contractor requested the shelves for our shower niche as polished only on one side. As soon as our installer saw them, he pointed out that the rough bottom would be visible. I took a chance and ran over to Adria with the pieces, explained my problem, and they stopped what they were doing to polish the three shelves and had me on my way in less than 45 minutes. Admir and Steve were helpful from the beginning, inviting my questions, and patient even though I had lots of very basic questions. Their expertise in the different kinds of natural stone and manmade materials is unsurpassed. They calculated the price for my space of each of the materials I was interested in. They allowed me all the time I wanted to wander around the yard looking at slabs at my own pace. And they were also helpful in providing me with samples to take home. Didn't show up for a template appointment twice and lied about trying to contact me... twice. I read a 'DO NOT USE' review about their dishonesty on another website from another customer but I decided to go with them because they were local. What a mistake. They are not honest tradesmen and it was a good thing they showed their true colours before any money exchanged hands. Found a more reliable and professional competitor that offered to come out the next day for much less than what they had quoted. A good result. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend them and felt it was necessary to share my experience. Lying is always a bad sign. It never ends well. read more

pleasantly surprised at the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. my wife and I where looking for a travertine countertop. we called adria marble and granite and the young man who answered was very helpful in directing us to another vendor since they did not carry the travertine in the specific color we wanted. we then proceeded to call several other stone venders and nobody wanted to help us locate the stone we where looking for. so the next day we walked in off the street with no idea of what we wanted and the differences between stones. Agron was extremely helpful. after walking us around the stone yard explaining the differences between the stones. he sent us home with a sample of stone telling us to spill wine on it, cut on it etc see if we liked it. we did. cant wait to go back and finalize our new countertops with them. read more

Absolutely LOVE Adria Marble! A friend who used them Recommeded them and I called and spoke to Admir who has been helping us since the phone call. I called multiple times asking questions even before I paid them anything and Admir quickly responded to all my questions and concerns. Then we placed the order and we were able to come see the slab and with Admir's help, pick out where we wanted the Island and countertops to be cut. Amazing customer service. PLUS their price was extremely reasonable. We feel like we struck gold finding this place. Admir is amazing to work with. It may be a bit difficult to find but well worth it. Hidden Gem!!! Only an easy, affordable, and pleasant experience working with Adria. The sales team is so knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to walk me through their assortment until I felt comfortable with my selection, while being sensitive to my lack of knowledge around stone. There was such a charm and trustworthiness to their operation. No loud advertisements or sales pitch in your face. They are humble and stand being their work. They are clearly not interested in retail customers. There is no sign on the street of any kind and they are stuck up a hill in the back of an industrial area with no parking. It's almost impossible to find. After 20 minutes of searching for them, I walked up the crumbling back street and found the door.
