Just because they can since there's little inventory in the area... They also recently texted everyone to say that internet is going up by $15/mo and valet trash another $10/mo starting next month. This place is helping to contribute to the lack of housing affordability for working people in the area. In the past month we've had multiple short notices about them being in our unit for "inspections". I'm sure the notices technically comply with the notification laws, but rather annoying. Not sure what that's all about because communication here is abysmal. So, if you value privacy - look elsewhere. We will not miss this place.

Common areas were not consistently maintained, pet waste was frequently left around the grounds, and I personally witnessed multiple incidents involving aggressive dogs. In addition, amenities such as the pool were unavailable for extended periods during the summer, and malfunctioning sprinklers appeared to run continuously for long stretches of time. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect was the lack of responsiveness from management and corporate representatives. Obtaining answers or escalation contacts beyond the local office proved extremely difficult, leaving many concerns unresolved. My overall experience was characterized by poor communication, inconsistent management, and maintenance issues that significantly affected my quality of life as a resident. He called the day before the install, but acted as if he'd never heard of us and offered a date in the following week. When I explained he had already scheduled us and we had a tenant moving in, he effectively shrugged, admitted that he did schedule us, but said he never set up the job, so... nothing. Our problem, not his. I complained in a email to the manager, who confirmed that this happened exactly as I said, and she squeezed us in on the originally scheduled day. This created a LOT of disruption to my business and that maddening attitude of "who cares" from the scheduler didn't help things. But after all that, the manager was accommodating and made it right. Can't really recommend them after that, but if you're doing a Home Depot install in the area, this the company you'll get. It's not like you have choices. My suggestion is to work directly with the manager and confirm everything the scheduler says with her, when he says it, exactly as he says it. Then somebody who cares will be aware of the job and you'll actually get your carpet installed.

I am not in the trades. The invoice I received stated a 6,2 x 80 door. I thought the 6,2 was another name for a 32 x 80 door. My installer picked up the door and when he went to install it he reported it was a 30" door. I called Bradley and Luis answered. I told him of the mistake and asked for the owner. Luis stated the owner was gone but would call me back. Days later no response. I called and again Luis answered. He stated the owner had looked at the email and the subject was closed. Luis conveniently forgot our order conversation and whether he told the owner is up for debate. In any case I would neve do business with Bradley ever again. Luis is a very poor excuse for a an honest and competent sales person.
