Stay away from them. I bought carpet at Home Depot and they were contracted to do the install in Sebastian, FL. They left numerous hammer marks on the walls, they also cut the wall with a box cutter twice. I expected some damages but not this much. I emailed the manager at this location, Jim. Instead of holding accountability, he is trying to say the damages were already there which is not true. His customer service was great until I had a problem. Not even worth the 1 star I gave them.

USIG was very responsive to our needs and our installer was professional and timely. We found the entire process easy and hassle free. I would recommend Home Depot and USIG especially Installer Paulo Fabril made everything great

Threshold not glued down. Flooring does not go all the way to under the door jam. Big gap. Shows concrete.

We had our flooring from home depot installed by Willie from USIG clearwater office. It was a disaster. 1st of all his employees only spoke Spanish, so that was a language barrier from the beginning. We had this same floor installed by USIG on 4-2021 and the installing was spot on an did a beautiful good. We came home when there office stated the floors were ready. We noticed the bottom of the baseboard was not sealed by caucking. It took us 3 days of fighting with Williw and his employee's to simply get it chucked. That finally happened. Now we are having issues with the threshold 's. They are all coming up. The installation is so UNPROFESSIONAL. I think home depot needs to re evaluate this company as a sub contractor.

The "shadow" of the worker's name that was left after the tile dust was wiped away and counters were cleaned

USIG damaged my new black quartz countertops, a new sink, and a mini fridge during installation of my floors. They didn't cover the countertops during the tile floor demolition and the gritty dust went everywhere. The workers then wrote their names, "clean me", and a big smiley face in the dust on the counters that left permanent damage. I filed a claim in April and the manager, Robert Graziano, and regional manager have both failed to act upon it.

It took us…read morepersonally 3 years to complete several wood floor and tile projects, that we felt should of been done in 2 months, but this is florida and since they could get and match the high end wood flooring, we didnt have a choice really. A lot of remeasuring, rebidding and the longer we waited, the higher the price went, so 3 years later with covid . .blah blah blah it was approx 2600 more for entire project. Just our experience. Everyone is super nice, however organization and planning is very laid back. Be prepared to spend a lot of time. Now if you have cash and want to charge your purchase, maybe there will be more of a take charge and get it done approach. Vlad the new tile guy was amazing and so proud of his work. The wood floor installer has worked On our floor each time a room or section is completed . .( $4,000 per room dont judge)

I was advised by Showplace to take out the original flagstone entry into living room and put the vinyl plank right up to the door. I had a funny feeling that I should not have done that and did question it at the time. Wish I would have went with my instincts. Now, unfortunately, water is coming in from rotting wood door surround, or so I am told and its wicking under my floor! Disaster. I was down at my house and noticed at the last minute, the thin threshold was lifting up. I called them about replacing that part or to investigate what I needed to do to repair it. After much aggravation from the office staff, I had to suggest ordering one. They didn't even give me a price and I never would have dreamed it was $139 for the piece and for ten minutes to put it down! I should have been told this but the owner was not in at the time. They also said I had to replace the floor there. If the original flagstone or a like replacement had been retained, this never would have happened. The slow leak would have went onto the stone and not under my good floor! What a mess. the nerve to charge $139 for this. I bet if I called Mohawk I could have got it sent to me for twenty bucks and had my own handyman put it down. He had to make money on this too and then pursued a customer who paid for such an expensive floor, making his office staff call me repeatedly to haunt me for the money, even when I told him I was going to pay. He still had them harass me. Things must be pretty slow. For shame.
