We have three different forms of proof, including a charge from the company. They say they did not charge that, but the bank statement says otherwise. They cannot find our money. So now, my roommate and I out $2,195. When we first moved in, the people working there were very nice and helpful. But now, things have changed when it's time for us to get our deposit back. We have been back and forth with the on site leasing office, as well as trying to get ahold of corporate for about 3 months now. This whole process has been and still is very difficult. With that being said, I would strongly advise against this residence as a place to live. Still as of right now, July 1st, they are in possession of our money and refuse to return it. He called the day before the install, but acted as if he'd never heard of us and offered a date in the following week. When I explained he had already scheduled us and we had a tenant moving in, he effectively shrugged, admitted that he did schedule us, but said he never set up the job, so... nothing. Our problem, not his. I complained in a email to the manager, who confirmed that this happened exactly as I said, and she squeezed us in on the originally scheduled day. This created a LOT of disruption to my business and that maddening attitude of "who cares" from the scheduler didn't help things. But after all that, the manager was accommodating and made it right. Can't really recommend them after that, but if you're doing a Home Depot install in the area, this the company you'll get. It's not like you have choices. My suggestion is to work directly with the manager and confirm everything the scheduler says with her, when he says it, exactly as he says it. Then somebody who cares will be aware of the job and you'll actually get your carpet installed.

My installer picked up the door and when he went to install it he reported it was a 30" door. I called Bradley and Luis answered. I told him of the mistake and asked for the owner. Luis stated the owner was gone but would call me back. Days later no response. I called and again Luis answered. He stated the owner had looked at the email and the subject was closed. Luis conveniently forgot our order conversation and whether he told the owner is up for debate. In any case I would neve do business with Bradley ever again. Luis is a very poor excuse for a an honest and competent sales person.

Brian Kirby the project foremen who called to introduce himself and give me his cell number. Brian walked me through the process - tear off old roof, inspection, new shingles installed. Yes heard from Brian daily about the progress since this is a rental property. Each day the men walked the property with a magnet to cleanup the property and retrieve nails. Brian also sent pictures and called to tell me when they passed inspection. They finished the job a day early too! We will be using Kingdom for all roof replacements!!
