I had a wonderful experience working with the team at Adrian Auto Body. I got into an accident and needed body and wheel work. I met with Tony and he explained how the process would work and what to expect. Tony and team are very dedicated to making sure the job is perfect. The job ended up being delayed a couple of days b/c the wheel work is done from an outside company and the first time it came back, it did not meet the standard with Tony and the team. So they sent it back to be redone. I really appreciated that. I wanted the car to look brand new again and Tony and team shared the same goal. Excellent job repairing my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was involved in an accident.

My brand new car was hit from behind while I was parked. I called them to notify them the car was going to be towed to them. They called and said they could fix it and it would be about 6 weeks which I was fine with. Two weeks later they called to say they are too busy to fix it. They should not have wasted my time, NOT COOL!! I'm paying a lot of money for a car I don't even have. I thought it was necessary to share when one gets such superb service and such high quality work, reasonably priced: It is Adrian Auto Body Repair at 3330 Old Crompond Rd Yorktown Heights which Jeff and highly recommend . My needed repairs were several -- small but complicated areas in seams and joints where the car's plastic parts meet the metal sections ; i.e., highly detailed work requiring patience and great skill... in tight, tiny areas. I would say their work is superb and delivered with white glove service. And furthermore they returned my car CLEANER both inside and out than I had left it with them -- just another detail I was certainly not expecting beyond the required repairs. This is my second time to the car hospital, Adrian Auto Body. A reckless driver hit my car's rear bumper while driving on Taconic Parkway and based on my earlier experience, Joe and his team were my preferred choice. I informed my insurance about the incident and asked them to come for inspection. Adrian auto body dealt with the inspection, repair, insurance and returned me the car as good as new, one day before scheduled. Kudos to their paint team too! My car was washed inside out, and it felt better than getting it back from Audi service team here. Highly recommended for their service and honesty. I brought my Acura rdx to Adrians after I was rear-ended badly by a large truck. They worked directly and quickly with the guys insurance to get approvals to start working on my car. They also suggested a local enterprise, which they often work with, that came to the auto shop to pick me up and bring me to get a rental. The car had a TON of damage and so much work that had to be done. They kept me updated and turned it around super quick. My car was hit while parked and the repair was paid by the other insurance company. They wanted us to use another auto body shop but based on a previous great experience with Adrian Auto Body of Yorktown, we decided to use them. Adrian felt that the front bumper needed to be replaced, not repaired, and the adjuster agreed. My wife and I found that we could depend on Adrian to do what is best for the customer. Their work is excellent and we were treated with respect and cordiality. They completed the work within 3 days and, as usual, the car looked like new. Incidentally we found that the car was thoroughly cleaned not only on the outside but on the inside as well. And the cookie and small flashlight as gifts were a nice added touch. Sadly, I have had to use their services a few times, the most recent of which was to repair the damage after a game of chicken with a huge deer on the Bear Mountain Parkway. (In the end, I won, I think!) As always, Joe gave me top notch service from start to finish; not to mention that "finish" was two weeks earlier than expected. Unheard of in the world of auto-body. Joe had me bring the car in right away (nice start), and was in touch with the adjuster form Travelers the same day (cool). The preliminary estimate was arranged, scheduled and in hand that day, by about noon (awesome). That efficiency enabled Joe and crew to begin to disassemble my vehicle whenever there was intermittent down time in between work on other vehicles (as I said, efficient). Before I knew it, Joe had already called the adjuster back, had the vehicle inspected again and payment was on the way for the supplemental work (who knew?). Parts were ordered and delivered lightening fast and work was underway well ahead of schedule. Now, I have the car back 2 weeks early. All along, Joe or Tony would call to keep me up to date as to the progress, and they handled everything with my insurance carrier. As for the work and finished product? Better than new! Unless you call that little Fox dude, you will never know I tried to change the hood ornament to a deer! If you have the misfortune to need auto body work, you are doing yourself a disservice if you call anyone but Joe Adrian and Adrian Auto Body. read more

Great experience. I had a non-insurance accident and I was glad that I went to Adrian Auto Body. They understood my predicament and worked with me to make my repair at a fair price and in a timely manner. My Audi Q5 looked better coming out than it did going in -- especially with the wash and interior detail that they did before my pickup. I was quite impressed that I got 2 quotes on the spot (from Tony) late in the afternoon when I dropped in after the accident. I love my 2001 Camry Solara convertible. It's rare body style they only made for a couple years and you could imagine my frustration when the valet garage that I pay a LOT of money to in NYC did serious damage to it. I went through my insurance, but I was on the traveling extensively, so when it came time to actually take the car to the shop and get it repaired, I had to entrust it to my father, who can be... demanding, as well as easily frustrated with the insurance/paperwork process of getting a care repaired. Luckily we decided to go with Adrian Auto Body, and they couldn't have been more professional. On the body side, they restored the car back to new. The damage, which had was across several panels of the car, was completely fixed. They even made a slight mistake by ordering a lower quality part (apparently I have heated mirrors), and when they realized their mistake, they made sure to get the correct part, and communicated that it would take an extra day to do the job correctly. I appreciate the honesty. On the insurance side, I had used the AllState app to submit photos for my claim, which resulted in them cutting me a check for MUCH less than the estimate of the work, and basically saying the body shop can handle paperwork for more work. Adrian Auto Body also handled this flawlessly and was immensely helpful, especially considering I was on the road. Incredible work and service. You then schedule and drop of. Super convenient drop off box that lets you turn in your vehicle during their off hours so they can get to it first thing in the morning on the day of the appointment. They went out of their way to help me aquire an OEM decal that was offered on other models and not on mine. Car was delivered complete and on time as promised. Work was amazing!! Like I had rolled it out of the showroom. Entire exterior was cleaned and detailed. These guys know exactly what their doing and do it well. Dont waste your time and money anywhere else!! read more

Anyone who was ever in a car accident knows the frame of mind your in, you have alot of emotions and your not thinking clearing....with that said when shopping around for a body shop, ask each one if there is a restocking fee on parts. After my experience with adrians, i did some research. Most body shops DO NOT have this fee. Adrians DOES. Adrians will call to confirm a week before of your appointment, but FAIL to tell you they are ordering parts that day, and if you decide not to use them, you will be charged a 30% restocking fee....(in my case $500). Even after I thought about it, and understand their running a business, and they could be stuck with all these parts so to speak, i still think they should of worked with me on this restocking fee, or be more clearer on the phone with the restocking fee charge, and this won't happen to people in the future. I hope no one else has this problem. Without giving it 1star, it would not let me post this comment. read more

Folks im not sure how this happens, but leaving this place two times for the same issue then being lied to is frustrating and out right nuts. Either they didnt take well to my critisim the first time and could care less what happened the second time. The fact that I only had to drive the car 100 yards to relize the car is pulling right speaks volumes. Afraid I would be to blame the car went right back for a wholeee weekend and sat in there parking lot with zero done to it... After a second time back and dealing with my insurance adjuster and Adrian, I come to find out that getting a third party to drive the car is an even harder task. My word vs Adrian auto Body at this point. (by the way this audo body shop was in my insurances network ) I should have known to find my own but who has the time. Forced by a rainy day and another close call behind the wheel off to TOYOTA i go for a REAL FOUR WHEEL ALIGMENT !!! Somthing so simple, give me a break. If i rubbed them the wrong way the first time my appoiliges but I worked on cars and under them for years. One thing i will tell you is that Adrain drivers either dont know how cars drive or they just didnt like the fact that i called them out.. Straight up lieing to me and the adjuster who are housed together go figure. this car was "aligned twice" Adrian says lollll Its not worth anyones time because i would have never left with it till today but life still runs even though your car doesnt sometimes.. Just dont question them much and they probably do an amazing job. read more
