Greg (owner) and Samantha (front desk) treated me like family or a long-time friend though this was my first time there. The work was absolutely perfect. They matched the color exactly, clear-coated the paint, checked for hidden damage, and aligned the rear lights to be sure the car was safe. Greg personally called Enterprise Car Rental and had them come pick me up, and when the work was done, Enterprise picked up the car from the shop. First and foremost, trust is paramount in this industry! I brought my car in for what I thought would be a simple repair on the front passenger of my car. Their initial estimate took me by surprise (it was honest). As when the adjuster reviewed to work, agreed to the estimate. NWC did what they could and instead of struggling with a specialty area of my Volvo, sublet that portion and kept me appraised throughout the entire affair. I picked up my well manicured vehicle and was extremely happy with the workmanship, staff courtesy and concern that I'd be upset with the repair that had to be sublet. I was in a crash and they had my Subaru for 2 weeks and it was returned in excellent condition - and even when a slight glitch was found a few days later they took care of it immediately and HAPPILY . Honest and really nice staff. They do great work at the a fair price. We brought our car for a few small repairs before turning in our lease. They offered an affordable way to fix a missing paint patch and a reasonable price and same day turn around to blast major scuff marks off the wheel. When done it looked new! To our happy surprise the inside of the car had been detailed not a hair to be found in our 3 pup car! Years ago we used them to fix our truck after a crash and that experience too was very painless. I love, love, love these guys. Someone backed into my brand new SUV. It wasn't horrible but it didn't look good. I took it into Northern Westchester Collision. Randy advised me not to spend the $500/$600 it would cost to repaint the whole bumper. He had one of his guys use some touch up paint and sealer.
