The photos speak for themselves. When I inquired about this, I was told palm trimming wasn't included--and for an additional fee, they'd consider removing them. Mind you, these are the very hazards you'd expect any reputable landscaping crew to clear without having to beg or renegotiate. After weeks of waiting on a quote (which never arrived until long after we'd hired someone else), they had the audacity to imply we were "shopping around" and wasting their time by asking for more estimates--even though we were still trying to give them our business. The irony? The alternative crew cleaned, trimmed, and cleared everything in under a day--and without the drama. Customer service? Nonexistent. Communication? Condescending. Accountability? Zero. Save yourself the stress. The were hired to lightly prune my Oak Tree and they left it with holes in the upper canopy and without lower canopy. Basically they over-pruned it. While pruning it I asked and complained to stop cutting it and they did not even listed to me. The owner was joking the whole time telling me not to worry. I showed the results to a real arborist who confirmed they should have not cut that much. I reported them to the BBB. Unfortunately they are not accredited with it.
