He was able to check out the situation the very next day, and had quoted a very reasonable number to do the work. However, once he was up on the roof, he found that the gutters were clean, no debris in sight. He suggested the it might be a roof issue, not gutters. I asked him how much he wanted to be paid for coming over and taking a look.... He said there was NO charge! Not even a minimal amount for the effort he, and his crew, provided. He was adamant. I will also admit that my roof was VERY dirty... I had told Elisha that I needed this roof cleaning to pass a city inspection. Elisha shows up, does his thing, and all seemed well. I messaged Elisha the same day and he said not to worry, the city can be hard like that, but he'd make it right and come back out to go over some spots again and make sure I passed. Well, it cannot be pressure cleaned but it can be no-pressure washed with a chlorine like chemical. My roof is clean now but there were a lot more shingle pebbles that came down through my gutters than what I expected. There are also more that come down with each rain storm. I don't seem to have any problems with the quality of of the work done and I would definitely call this company again. They gave a good estimate and were able to be paid easily. The whole cleaning took only a few hours and it also did not bother any of my landscape. They are licensed and insured which is important when someone climbs on the roof and is working with water and electricity.
