Unfortunately, they glued the grass to the sides of the stones. Several years later many of them have cracked and some have become uneven, creating a trip hazard. I understand things happen over time and repairs need to be made. I also expect to pay for any repairs but someone has to show up. I started calling the owner,Orlando, in November and he keeps telling me someone will call me or come by my house. Now he will not even return my phone calls. To make matters worse, I discovered that he posted photos of my pool area on Facebook, claiming he designed it. That is false. He did not design anything and he DID NOT have my permission to post any photos of my property. It's frustrating that contractors like this can take your money once the job is done but completely ignore you when issues arise. If you want someone who stands by their work and follows up when problems occur find someone else. STAY AWAY.

The owner himself came out initially rather than a salesperson. Phil is a great guy, someone you want to do business with. Save yourself some money and get the job done right. I was impressed with the selection of quality turf material he offered me. I went with a two tone green with some realistic looking brownish thatch at the bottom. The finished look is a great improvement to my backyard pool area. I'm very picky and somewhat of a perfectionist. The sub-base they installed was flat with no humps and graded perfectly. It was amazing how they went right up to my existing curved landscape edging flawlessly. The seams were minimized and virtually invisible. The over 400 square foot job was completed in one day with his crew of talented installers. I am extremely happy with the pet turf he installed. My dog loves his new play area. The concrete under the front pavers for support cracked upon first use And NOW I have notices from the city for the whole project being out of code. I should've done a before and after because what a huge difference the front of our yard looks. Jorge picked out the green ficus plants to plant around the agave and they truly are beautiful. I'm excited to watch them grow and get fuller around the agave. They were also super friendly which I feel is rare nowadays and answered all the questions/concerns that I had. They arrived at 9am and worked their butt offs until almost 2. I did my best to keep them hydrated and I gave them mini kind bars as a snack - it's important to treat those doing work on your house as good as possible!
