Paid everything out of pocket least he could have done is left me with a pretty smile. Not to mention his assistants sleep while at work and the receptionist Lizet had the audacity to charge me twice during one of my visits. If I ever see this dentist in person again I'm running away! I found out about Dr Sanchez from fellow yelper Nikki. And a fantastic recommendation! Dr Sanchez is super nice, friendly, he doesn't try to add on fees or procedures like whitening. His team - front desk and hygienists are friendly and fun. Pleasant waiting room. Usually not a long wait, they run on time here. Well I'm sure as long as everyone arrives on time/ early. Easy parking out front of building on Huntington Dr or shaded parking in structure just past entrance, can't miss it. Restrooms for the building are in hallway from parking structure, you have to get the key from Dr Sanchez's front desk. Not the cleanest restroom but keep in mind it is public for all offices in building. read more

I was feeling some tooth pain and made a quick same day appointment (my first time with this office) I haven't seen a dentist in a bit but the dentist didn't make me feel bad about it and also I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me on more dental work than needed which is nice. Dr. Adrian Sanchez has been my dentist for many years now. He took over the practice from my former dentist when he was just out of grad school and now Dr. Sanchez' kids are going to college. Dr. Sanchez moved his office, which was a few blocks from my house, over to Pasadena. I followed him to Pasadena because he's great. Not many people like going to the dentist but Dr. Sanchez puts you at ease. He has a calm, friendly demeanor and his office staff are all very friendly and polite. I like that he is very supportive of his staff and encourages them to learn and advance within the field. He is also very skilled at what he does. I'm anal when it comes to taking care of my teeth, so I mainly see him for cleanings. However, awhile back I had an issue with a tooth where one of the roots had to be amputated. It was the first time he ever had to do a procedure like this. Dr. Sanchez did an excellent job. There was no pain, and my tooth was saved. Over the years I have referred friends and family members to Dr. Sanchez and they are all very happy with the services he provides and are long-term patients like myself. The old office was small and outdated. The new location is bigger with state-of-the-art equipment, but his prices are still family friendly. There is a small parking lot in the back and plenty of street parking. read more

This guy ROCKS. I've been going here for two years and they have never charged me a dime. Never found a cavity when I used to have multiple every time I went. I get really bad dentist anxiety and they always make me feel safe. I have a veneer and told him I was always worried about it falling out randomly, he said if that ever happened he would make time for me same day or stay late to address the issue for me. After 10+ years for me and more than 20+ for my wife and her family, the billing errors have gotten out of control. After both of our last visits, it seems that the office has decided to bill our co-pay at a higher cost than what the insurance said we should have. I did miss an appointment previously and was charged $150 for my oversight. I paid that. When I went in for an extraction, I was told my co-pay was $70 before I could get the work done. I paid but was wondering why it was so high. I later called the insurance company and they advised me that I should have paid $29. After my wife called and asked to speak to the head of billing, the person answering the phone asked my wife if my wife spoke Spanish. After my wife said no, she was then told that the billing person was not available as they were on a 3-way call. So, we have decided to look for a reputable dentist that gets it done right the first time. I will add that I gave this office a 2nd chance after one of their dentists a few years back looked at my xray and then started to work on the WRONG side of my mouth. When I called him out on it, he was visibly shaken and understood how upset I was and asked Dr. Sanchez to handle the procedure. Again, get it right, and this review would have probably been a bit more on the positive side. The pen is mighty all right! read more

I've been coming here since 2018 I've always had great service from the receptionist to Dr Sanchez. Dr. Sanchez is honest and reliable. He isn't a dentist that will try to squeeze money from you. He would tell you what you need to do and provide recommendations on what you need to do have your better your dental situation. I would highly recommend getting your dental needs with him. It was really a pleasure, lovely staff & terrific service. As a young adult I was very nervous to get braces for obvious reasons but, Dr. Sanchez did an amazing job, everyone wanted to know where I got my braces at. My whole process took about a year and a half, overall it was a very pleasant experience. I had no issues making an appointment or changing an appointment. I was afraid of the Dentist, I now see I had bad dental care as a child. Dr.Sanchez and his entire team are amazing!!! They have amazing customer service, I've felt so welcome since day 1. It had been years since I've seen a Dentist and I was afraid of being judged for the lack of care but I was surprised that I didn't experience any judgement from anyone here. Of course I got a lecture to take care of my oral hygiene but it didn't come off as judge mental. I've had quite some work done here this year, I've gotten cavity fillings, crown lengthening, temporary crowns, permanent crowns, and 1 wisdom tooth extraction so far. And it wasn't so painful, even the anesthesia shot in your gums which I used to dread aren't painful you only feel that initial pinch and the pressure of getting work done. They do such an amazing job and I trust them completely that I let them do my crowns without asking to see any previous work and they didn't let me down. I'm so grateful for my smile. I have been going to Dr Adrian Sanchez for at least 8 years. I cannot tell you how amazing him and his staff are! I have never been so happy and comfortable with any other office. They extremely friendly and super helpful. When you walk in they greet you and when you go back they are all so friendly. Dr Sanchez is truly caring and super friendly. Once more, being part of the medical workforce, I'm quite skeptical and picky when it comes to choosing my own healthcare providers. Even though I would see a dentist twice a year, I do want the experience to be pleasant. Based on recommendations of my dental service provider, I came across Dr. Sanchez's office. The first visit was pleasantly surprising, and indicative of subsequent visits. I was greeted by friendly, smiling receptionists. They go out of their way to help you and answer questions, never rolling their eyes or hoping you don't approach the desk. Dr. Sanchez is warm, charming, and extremely talented at his work. He is caring and makes proper recommendations regarding long term care, and doesn't try to do "extra" work just to make an extra buck. He'll actually be conservative when needed, and involved when indicated. The assistants do excellent work, and they don't rush and cause pain. I have even convinced by husband to transition his dental care here, and he is quite content as well. I would recommend this dentist highly to anyone willing to make the trip to his office. It's just twice a year, and it's worth it!. So why not 5 stars? Only because the parking lot is really tiny and tight, but that's just L.A. If anything, I would just suggest some type of reimbursement to park at a nearby parking lot should the office parking lot become full. read more

My wife and I came to Dr. Sanchez in 2015 to get braces (long overdue for by the way). I was hesitant to do so because I had always had bad experiences at the dentist. Dr. Sanchez was one a kind in making me feel comfortable with everything that would coke with braces. He also gave us charged us a decent rate for our braces ($3000) and allowed us to pay every month ($100) instead of all at once. Every time we went in, the staff was polite and respectful. Dr. Sanchez is extremely knowledgeable and an honestly good person who helps others better their smile. Doesn't seem to be in the business for the money. Which was rare to me. So i told her i 'll come at 2 then Nurse : its not gonna work today the doctor has a root canal appointment and they haven't cancelled , ( wait what ? They are late for appointments. Apparently an appointment for 3:30 means 4:30 or later. So bring work you need to do or be prepared for a 1 hour + wait for an "Appoinment." Make sure to not make plans for at least 3 hours after your appoinment. read more

The environment is clean and tidy the staff is courteous and friendly the doctor puts you at ease and gives you the 4-1-1 with no bullshit. They are very reasonable as well.
