I had to leave to go out of town for a family emergency and my temporary crown fell out a couple of days before. I called Melanie and she was able to get me in the very next day to have another put in before I left. While I was out of town my permanent crown came in. Melanie called me in Minnesota to let me know and schedule an appointment to have it put in as soon as I returned. I have never been to a dental office where this kind of service is provided. I highly recommend them for their thoughtfulness, expertise, and the conscientious effort the entire staff demonstrates.
