She listened to what I told her I wanted, what bothered me the most. She came up with a plan, told me the price-then she mapped my face with a marker-and legit got every single spot. And I have never looked better having Botox and I've been doing this for YEARS. I will absolutely drive 45 min to see Daidi every time now. She is the ultimate professional and excels at her job!! So today I booked a hyperbaric chamber session. It's my first time. It was oddly satisfying and I definitely would return again to do it. My one issue with it is, can we get a more comfortable chair? My butt wasn't that comfy lol. Anyway, The woman who took me in the back made me extremely comfortable. She also made it her business to check on me often and ask if I was ok. I really liked that. So why three stars right? Well the young woman at the front desk, light skin with long jet black hair in a ponytail was extremely rude. It honestly came off in a racist tone. I hate using that "r" word but it's really sad to see how many people really are so mean and close minded still. Please teach her better customer service skills. Overall I would definitely recommend this place. It's extremely clean and the other women were really nice. read more

I was recommended this place by a friend of mine who comes here. I made an appt today for 11am, as I was parking the eye called me and they said they were behind to come back at 11:30. I get there and sit there till 12:20. No follow up on appt status no nothing. Since I got there I didn't like the vibe. Got up and left. Here is my update, I just completed my additional two IPL , the last one was on February 13, 2021 with Ileana who has 11 yrs of experience working at Aroma Medspa. All the negative opinions I had before went out the window. My experience with Ileana was great, she listened to my concerns and my results were to my satisfaction. My face looks clearer of spots, rosacea, and pigmentation is lighter. My daughter has told me couple of times if I was wearing make up because she wasn't sure and that my skin looks good. No I wasn't wearing any make up! I am a regular client with the spa and also get my Botox done too. Next I want to explore Fotona laser soon. I have been going to aromas for over a year for laser hair removal services. Since most of my hair has not grown back what has grown back is very thin hair and I am still in the process of treatment. Ive had facials and ipl done at both doral and kendall locations. The facial was not the greatest. IPL treatment worked but they are just trying to upsell you on peels or fillers the entire time. The staff is not too friendly. They are all Venezuelans that barely know english. They seem like they just got to the U.S. and are not too knowledgeable. They have offered me peels and fillers but honestly, I wouldn't take a chance on them infecting my face. I do my homework and go to a reputable plastic surgeons office and prefer to pay top dollar and know that an actual skilled doctor or nurse practitioner is doing my fillers, and botox, peels, etc. read more

I love this place!! I did laser on multiple places they made it super easy to schedule with me work and school schedule. Illyana was amazing she made it fast and painless ! The staff there is great. I have to say that it is not a painless procedure, specially in the areas where I had it done, but now that I finished, I am so happy I went through the rigorous sessions. I have been in Aromas for laser treatments. Place is super nice and clean and people are very professional. Prices are affordable comparing to prices in many other places for the same procedures. I did laser as preventive antiaging measure and to void fillers. I did laser intraoral with lips rejuvenation and eyes laser and I definitely see results after each treatment. So far laser lip treatment got the most impressive results. That said I'm 35 with pretty good skin and already naturally pouty lips so the effects are grater and sooner is you have more tissue or better condition, but some people might need more treatments to see such results. This place offers various services (I think I will try their Hydrofacial next) and also they offer packages and monthly specials which is great. Totally friendly and welcoming and no wait in the waiting area. The saw me right away for facial and skin treatment. The doc was super and knew his stuff. I don't take this lightly as I came in on a deals aver coupon and sometimes they can treat you like you are a cheapskate. They didn't. They were wonderful, attentive, efficient. I have been doing laser hair removal for a year and a half sessions with IIyana in the Doral/Kendall office and I can say that my life has changed for the better. No more hairy legs. Illyana is very nice and knows how to perform the treatments to get the best results. She was great and was able to suggest (without pressure) some other procedures that would be right for me. I'm the type of person who has absolutely no patience for anything. This place always has me in & out of there in less than 15 min. I'm a little fat right now and I'm doing the MIC injections (which do hurt a little) and so far it's going pretty well. Their prices arent outrageous but I wouldn't exactly call it a bargain either.
