This is my account since switching to Adriana's Insurance from Bristol West. So, I was involved in a vehicle accident at the time that I had Bristol West' motor vehicle Insurance. Although I was paid up in full at the time of the accident, Bristol West denied that I was paid and therefore claimed that I had no insurance. My license was suspended and I was forced to pay for an SR22 as well as paying higher insurance rates as a direct consequence of this mishap. After researching Bristol West, I found that Bristol does this to many of their clients. "AFTER SWITCHING TO ADRIANA'S" So, I switched to Adriana's and I am so ESTATIC that I did. For one, I absolutely and give thanks to my agent, "KARYME". She works in the Escondido location. One look around and you can tell that she is in high demand as an agent, and I can absolutely see why. She is just incredible. Our insurance plan was supposed to end up being more expensive but is was actually lowered. Its about 20.00 CHEAPER now than it was before switching. And this is after having to pay for both insurance, and an SR22 policy on myself, together. All the while, still retaining the same insurance plan and amount of coverage. I feel genuinly SAFE and SECURE with my agent karyme and with Adriana's in whole. As long as she's my agent I will never switch to another insurance company again. Which is a HUGE DEAL to me. It's nice knowing that your back is really covered in times like these. Switching to Adriana's feels like a breath of fresh air. Not only did Karyme really know her material, she also genuinely goes out on a limb to save you money. Not only that but to me the best part is that she she is very personable. She truly cares. She really makes you feel welcome, as if you were a friend that she's known for decades. She makes you feel like less of a client and more like family. I don't know about other people's experiences with other agents, but I can say that my experience, with my agent, in this company has been nothing short of phenomenal in every area. If you're in the Escondido area and need insurance then I'd absolutely head to Adriana's and ask for Karyme. I'm never doing business here again. These guys don't know what they're doing, all they want to do is take your money. The first incompetent employee told me it would be $120 to add a car to the insurance, on TOP of what the insurance costs. Then she said the price would go down, as if my insurance goes down, but the only reason I would pay less next time is because I wouldn't have to pay the $120 fee to add the car! Her name is Martha Sanchez and I understand everyone makes mistakes but she printed off the insurance card for 2025 car, my car is 2005. Since the insurance expires in about a week, she told me to come back on Friday. I just went today, spoke to someone else about picking up my NEW insurance card and they took 10minutes to print off the SAME card that I already have. When I asked where my new one was, he said I would have to come back on the 19th or later because that's when it expires or that it was surely in the mail. I have received nothing in the mail, and when I told him that Martha told me to come in today all he said was, "well I don't know why she told you to come in today". She was working there today but completely ignored me. I also overheard another employee asking what their own insurance policies were so they could explain it to a new customer. If I could give this place zero stars I would. In conclusion, this place is GREAT at taking your money but when it comes to anything else they give you false information and do not help you out. read more

This place sucks "George Arian" has the worst the worst customer service! He has a certificate for his great customer service, well I believe that is a total mistake on Adrianas insurance. I came in to switch my policy due to them overcharging me on couple occasions still did not get this resolved, long story short he is the only one work today and he was not even busy when I asked him a few question and instead of doing his job looks like I i was working for him! This is the second time I was quoted something way off. I called in and was quoted 19.00 a month then I called in and was quoted 29.00 a month. both times I gave my license number. I went in and now am paying about 40.00 a month. :( not happy. OMgoshh. Fustrating. They "quote" you one thing, and make it seem like its the best deal. Then surprise! You show up, and don't even have enough, even though you brought what they told you it would be. Now you have to go within 2 weeks to pay the other amount. Sad, they don't seem to care that your super broke and just want liability insurance, they make it extra hard by limiting you for 2 weeks to pay back. This is what happened: I was quoted by a woman who called Me, after I asked for a quote in theyre website. They called and called and called, until I finally decided to answer and hear them out. I talked to this lady and she gave me her name and extension #. She said that whenever im ready to give her a call back. I did, and the people at the company didn't even know who I was talking about. Then after being on hold forever, they said they found her, and were gonna transfer me. So I wait, and this lady never answered! So I just show up to an office and talk to another lady, I told her that the woman that had called me quoted me $42 a month, with $86 the 1st month TOTAL. But after doing a lot of paperwork, and her starring at the computer for a long time, she said that its $176. WTF?? I only had shown up with $100 expecting change to put friggin gas when I left, and no. She said how much am I able to put in for today, I said all I had was a hundred, and need at least $5 for a little gas to get home. She even giggled at my $95 payment, cus I couldn't give the whole hundred. Not funny to me, who thought I was there with enough fricken money. Then she said I gotta pay the rest by the 14th. That's 10 days! not even 2 whole weeks yet.. Sucks for people who are broke but need atleast insurance so that a damn cop wont just take my car away and leave me looking for a ride to work. DO YOUR RESEARCH. I ONLY GOT IT BECAUSE I WAS IN A RUSH, AND I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE CHEAP. ITS NOT. FIND A BETTER DEAL!!! But you know what, God bless them. Couldn't give them no stars! Went to open a renter's insurance but Jorge Ramirez (lic. #0K20048) insisted on getting a car insurance first to get a better deal, his words were "If you dont want it, you can cancel it and we'll refund your money" So I did (paid $309dlls), he was not able to give me a better deal so I went and cancel the car insurance, that same day. It's been a month and have only received a check for $65.83. Called the customer service line and they told me "we dont work that way ,we dont refund the money... I really don't know why he would say such a thing" I asked to speak with a supervisor to which the customer service person answer "not even the supervisor can refund your money" I really dont want to talk bad about the company because one broker messed up with me but, when the company doesnt help the customers then it is the company who is messing up with the people. The broker, Jorge Ramirez (lic.#0K20048) is a liar and should not be doing business with a big company like this one because he gives it a really bad and negative reputation. I had them for more than a year now and have experience nothing but poor customer service. They care more about their commission than getting someone insured. First of all when you get insurance from them its not actually their own, they have 3rd party agencies who they work for and get customers. I called to add simple 94 honda liability coverage vehicle to my policy and was quoted 250$ to add it. Not to mention i had to pay my monthly payment for that month still RIDICULOUS. !!!! After i told the representative " perla" that that was too much she said" let me see what i can do" and quoted me 150$ to add it and told me to not got to the office because they will charge me 200$ so clearly they lied to me at first and wanted commission for this vehicle. I got really mad and called the office at national city witch quoted me a different price 109$ not 200$ and i told them my issue and they responded with " dont listen the agents in the phone " l. Red flag!!!! They are against each other to make a sale. How ridiculous. The phone people and office people battle each other to secure the sale. Be advise that everytime you make a change in the policy be prepared to pay over hundred dollars they call it " endorsement fee but they put their own price. The star upthere its because i have to rate it, but they dont deserve a single star, ADRIANA'S INSURANCE SUCKS!! False Advertising, False people!! I went to get my insurance because on the phone they offer me a better deal than 21st. (like 20dlls cheapper). I get there and when they are doing the paper works it comes up that I have to make a downpayment of $170 dlls in order to get my insurance they said with that my 1st and 4th were cover also i was paying the registration fee w/them whatever. I gave them 100 there and they send me a bill for the rest (70dlls) later.... I was paying $59 NO ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE, NO FULL COVERAGE.. Recently I cancell my policy because i didnt own the car anymore, so they didnt gave me the money back for my 4TH month instead the guy on the phone told me DON'T WORRY ABOUT THAT RIGHNOW,, WTH!!!
