Finally last year I went in and saw a familiar face. Claudia originally helped us at another insurance company and we followed her, I believe she left and came back. She became out go to. We could call, no answer, no return call and when we did we didn't get the answers needed. Claudia made us feel like a priority and was great at responding. Last month we went into to talk to her because she was the only one we could consistently work with the girl at the front said she was off, we went back a week later again she was off finally our third visit this new jay ro guy told us. Guess what she is no longer there can't blame her if The management seems very full of themselves to customers how are there employees feeling? the manager a few years ago Monica almost made me want to leave, she came off very condescending, I'd ask a question and she would restate the question and spoke to us as if we were dumb but she got us the answers; eventually when we came in she would be too busy to help us.. but as claudia came back it made a lot of our issues go away, she cared she was amazing, always with a smile and always very honest and my favorite quality was that she spoke to us as a friend that cared, professional but humble not worried about making more money so it felt great again. She even referred us to another agent because my daughter in law had a dui and made that experience great I did minimal leg work with Brenda. When we went in a boy jay ro met us at the front after standing for 5 minutes, greeted us very friendly, I let him know we wanted to insure a car and he was excited to help GREAT, however once he realized we had a policy his demeanor changed a full 360 when we tried to review my policy along with my daughters he couldn't understand the increase or why we were being non renewed we sat there almost 1.5 hrs in the front on the couch; while he "worked on it, stumbled over words and just seemed to want to give us a bs excuse told us he will have Salvador call us back and nothing we walked in at around 5 and they close at 7... he could have told us I really don't know let me work on this and I will call you back, we just needed our agents reassurance that they would look into it but not until almost 7 was that said. We later called and spoke to Jessica she explained why there was an increase didn't make us feel rushed very similar to claudia. The non renewal was due to a missing exclusion form for our sons gf that had an accident. The guy that spent over an hr could have just told us this so we could exclude her. I'm not sure if this office will stay in business with hit and miss employees and poor management skills. We went into get an ID card and saw the manager walking towards us we said hello we just wanted to get a copy of our ID CARDS. She stayed head down walked out the door. Went on a Saturday months ago The lady at the front also on her phone as she spoke to us she never bothered to make eye contact, all we needed at that time was also an ID card for a new car we were getting.. There's another lady in the back and she's been helpful when weve came in but nothing like claudia and Jessica, last time I went in Jessica was not there, those girls have a way to make you feel comfortable but now with rate increasing and bad service it's Needless to say I am switching to another agency Allstate is cheap but this offices service is horrible. Don't waste your time. If anyone knows or follows claudia let me know where she went because ID pay more to have her service. I was so bothered I cancelled my home, auto and life and am with insurance. They will not get another dollar out of me. Claudia even recommended me to a dealership and was willing to call the DMV because a change the manager made on my vin so they said we didn't have insurance. The also had an Alyssa and she was great too but no longer there. Wonder why the only ppl that seemed to help are no longer there. If anyone has recommendations please respond.
