Can't rave enough about awesome work that Adriatic floors did in our home two months ago. First, owner took time for any question and concern we had and helped us decide what kind of flooring we want. We went with engineered wood floors from the company he is buying from and can guarantee for. In 7 days they took out all the flooring we had (tiles, laminate and carpets) without too much mess and dust as I expected , leveled floors and did new flooring throughout whole house (1800 sqft). Everything in 7 days, without us having to move out. They came every morning 10 min before 7, I could really trust them and leave my home while they working, they left everything as clean as possible each day and at the end everything looked so perfect, even and clean. From the estimate to the installation they were thorough. They took moisture readings, checked every area of the floor to make sure it was level and where it was uneven they fixed it. Currently on a mission to update and refresh my 1992 house without breaking the bank nor trying to shortchange my project or the selected vendor for Quality Work, Ethical Workmanship and Professional Honor is not always the cheapest. In essence you get what you pay for most times, not all the times, just most of the times. Well I started my mission with Floor and Decor and soon realized they do solid work however the add on costs were starting to spiral upward. So I did what I always do: TRUST YELP! So, started contacting 4-5 star installers with double digit reviews or more looking for Quality Work, Ethical Standards and Professional Honor from the floor installer. If it was that common web sites like Yelp would not exist. I contacted Denis on my project in early January and worked through the details and got a estimate of work understanding clearly that ALL QUALITY INSTALLERS are very busy working 6-7 days a week now with the housing market on fire right now. Had Denis come by the house to check out the project which resulted in a very competitive estimate for it was turn key inclusive of everything. Everyone else is nickel and dime-ing the consumer so the estimates turn out to be price plus this, plus this and plus this raising project costs upward by 25-30% . I also understood that if there under deficiencies or problems with the sub floor that the installer should not cover it up BUT FIX IT which is what the Ethical Installer and Homeowner SHOULD DO for that is what keeps the Industry HONEST. So Denis let me know that is always a possibility and I added that figure into my quote of unknown things that can happen ON ANY and ALL Home Improvement Projects for Crap Happens! We set the install date and then had to change it for Denis excels at wood floors more so than tile and I had a tile install and I wanted an angle cut install. Denis was honest and ethical about the misunderstanding and then reached out to other professionals in the Industry that he has worked with and would represent his level of quality and ethics. However there prices came in about the same as Floor and Decor and was going to bust my budget. So I advised Denis to put me down for a late May install or #1 on his Cancellation List. Denis did not want me to wait so found another colleague he trust and I got installed in a matter of days and the work was top notch! Plus Denis kept in touch with me like he was doing the work when he was not the one installing the floor. Today, Monday, after a final Install on Friday, He called me to see how the install looked and how I felt about it giving the impression he did the installation BUT HE DID NOT DO THE INSTALLATION (I paid the other vendor; Not Denis) . Talk about Ethics, Honors. Professionalism, and Customer Service Commitment! WOW! This professional cares about his customers, his industry and takes care of his customers directly and indirectly and you will find very few professionals like Denis. Read his other reviews and you will know why I selected him, why I was willing to WAIT till he had an opening in this schedule! We recently hired Adriatic Flooring to install our Luxury Vinyl Flooring. I was very apprehensive of putting the vinyl wood plank look in my house, but Denis and his father recommended it because it is waterproof. I ended up finding a flooring I loved, and they were able to get it cheaper for me than from the supplier I had found. During install, other installers for my remodel I had over kept asking if my flooring was hardwood, so they really know what they are talking about!
