Tim was always communicating with detailed emails, clear directions, and was usually much faster responding than we expected. He is on top of every detail! We were transporting an 18' boat and trailer from North Carolina to northern Wisconsin. We looked into doing it ourselves, but it would take a few days to drive down and drive back, not to mention time off work, gas, food, lodging, etc. So, we found the value of what we paid - plus a tip to the transporter - to be an excellent value. Kevin Mosher was the transporter and he made the trek in less than 24 hours! I think it was like 15 hours. Everything came in the same condition and Kevin even reported some things about the trailer we should get checked out. He even made another stop along the way to drop off another item. Going from skeptical (we're to wire money?? and then pay cash??) to having the transaction be seamless - this is a trustworthy company who partners with quality transport people.
