Absolutely terrible!!! First the women doesn't answer the phone to setup an appointment, doesn't call back, only texts. Eventually, we were able to schedule an appointment through text (in writing). I then should up for my appointment and guess what? She told me I was there on the wrong day, she thought it was scheduled for another date. When I showed her the texts (turns out it is helpful she only texts), she said, "I'm sorry" without fixing the issue, completely unprofessional. She couldn't even get me another date and time that could work. Simply ridiculous! This lady is a hot mess and clearly does not know how to keep a calendar, go at your own risk. read more

The problem with buying groupons is that businesses dont give you good service. What they dont realize is that, it is a one time deal and people will come back if they get good service. Comparing my facial to a date I no longer want to see again. I had a breakout of bumps and pimples and the asethetician did not tell me which products and tools she used or explain what she was doing during the facial. read more

I received a groupon as a gift for my birthday. I called/texted to set up my appointment which was for a Deep Pore Facial. Adrienne was nice enough but overall I'm incredibly confused as to what she did. We spoke and I told her I get facials very regularly. There was a lot of rubbing my skin with dry fingers and no products in the beginning, then she used a dry (what I assume) enzyme cleanser and then steamed my face for about 5 minutes. Now I don't have a lot of breakouts or blemishes but I have deep, dirty pores on my nose which is why I got a Deep Pore facial.... She did 3 VERY LIGHT extractions which I'm sure nothing came out. I know for a fact I had ready to pop white heads on my chin but she never touched those. She put some eye cream on me, maybe a toner and then just rubbed moisturizer into my face/shoulders for about 15-20 minutes. There was little to no use of creams, serums, oils, and what blows my mind is she used tissues to remove products instead of a cloth. It was dry and scratchy and overall confusing. Literally the last thing she did was pull a tissue from the box, open it up, lay it over my face and pat the oil she put on... off. I left with no glow, no healthy sheen, not even a couple red spots to show me she did anything. My facial was about 52 minutes, not my 60 though I arrived on time(early). Honestly a colossal waste of my friends money and my tip. Like I said she's nice enough and chatty, maybe she just neglected my skin as I was a Groupon but I wouldn't return or ever recommend. read more

She has a great deal if you buy 3 facials at once (which I always do) and she's very good about accommodating evening hours since I work until at least 5:30 every day. I always get microdermabrasion. I booked a facial for my mom here via Groupon. I would not spend more than $30 for a Groupon here based on what I experienced. My mom said the facial was good and cleansing and the woman was friendly; however being in the beauty industry myself I was dissatisfied with the way Adrienne runs her business. The facial was supposed to be an hour but warning; do not be a MINUTE late she deducts every minute off and finishes you early as well. My mom walked in at exactly 7 minutes late, filled out a few papers which took 1 minute and she went back. She called me 3 minutes before the hour was up to tell me she's done and to pick her up. That frustrated me that she also finished up 3-5 minutes earlier. So she basically got a 47 min facial which isn't bad for $30 but I def would not pay $85. I RESPECT her time but EVERYONE in the beauty industry knows to give someone at least 10 minutes, especially in LA traffic. After that, I get it; it's fair game to deduct time; time is money. Its impossible to book someone on the hour to the MINUTE each time. A technician should always give herself a half hour to clean up and 15 min for the next customer. It's insanity to kick people out a few minutes earlier to have the next person come in. I give my clients 15 min, then I reschedule or deduct. I understand she is giving excellent deals now and she is putting effort and work in but what she should take notice to is Groupon's are a promotion to future business. I honestly was going to book a facial with her until I saw how she runs her business and now I won't go; which is a waste of a promotion in my opinion. I'm sure she won't care. But important for others to know the experience. read more

I bought a session for 2 through Amazon Local. One for me and one as a gift for my daughter. which was actually a great price for 60 minutes facial. It was hard to find parking so I arrived about 10 minutes late , Adrienne was nice and the facial was OK. I left her a nice big tip to cover both mine and my daughter's care. HOWEVER, when my daughter arrived to her appointment (which she made sure to be 10 minutes earlier) Adrienne was very stressed , after 20 minutes she informed my daughter that she has rosacea,(which is complete false) and she will not be able to continue treatment. The truth is she had another client waiting in next treatment room who kept on saying "I am here".... So there goes 60 minutes and there goes 2 clients who will not return. I've already done 2 out of 3 and I really love the recent one i did last week because she had told me that my face broke out a lil bit more than the first time i came, and my face was a bit sore but after 2 days after my recent facial, my face was sooooooo CLEAR! Parking is horrible and her customer service is even worse!!!! I made an appointment with her and she failed to let me know there is Absolutely NO parking ANYWHERE near her place of business after 3pm during the week so beware of that! I guess she's too cheap to rent a space in the lot where her business is, making her clientele run around crazy trying to find parking. I was driving around for 15 min trying to find parking and she ended up cancelling my appointment. The entire time I was texting her saying I cant find parking. Finally found one 15 min into my apt and she cancels! I was so irritated because as everyone knows traffic is crazy and I rushed to get there. Had I known ahead of time there's no street parking after 3:00 I would've never booked an appointment after 3:00. She was so rude about it, telling me,"it's LA parking is hectic everywhere!" like thanks genius, would've been nice for the heads up, tell your clients this WHEN they're making an appointment for the first time! Most business accommodate their clients with parking and or valet. And I'm born and raised in LA, unlike her, so I don't need a lesson on how hectic parking in LA is. I arrived for a facial and met Adrienne. She was very nice. I told her about my skin condition (Rosaca) and she mentioned she had a lot of experience working with the condition and actually had a facial called the "rosaca facial." Great, I thought to myself, exactly what I wanted. She started the facial about 10 minutes late, which didn't really bother me. Once we got in there I noticed she was kind of breathing on me and had kind of sour breathe. I debated saying something for about ten minutes, but how do you nicely tell someone to "pop a mint?" I decided against saying anything and to just breathe thru my mouth. The rest of the facial was okay. No extractions done. After the facial I looked in the mirror I still had pieces of the mask on my face so I spent some time taking those off. My face was a little red but it was kind of dark in there so I couldn't really tell. Once I got home I realized my entire face was red. The next morning I woke up with a sty on my right eye. The only good part of this facial was my 6 year old son's delight when he thought mommy looked like a which (red face, styed eye) the next morning. read more
