Let me first be clear. Honestly I can't endure any kind of laser at any pain /heat level to leave me with redness or inflammation. I am the type of patient who literally stand up from the chair even there is a cancelation fee.. I unfortunately had a consistently disappointing experience at BlueMediSpa. The facility is not clean, and there is always a wait--even with an appointment. Visits felt rushed, with minimal explanation of the procedures being performed. Communication was a problem--they didn't listen to my concerns or did messed them. Despite repeatedly explaining that I have heavy eyelids and did not want Botox placed above my eyes (especially not in the same spot as a prior treatment that caused narrowing and drooping), my requests were repeatedly ignored or I was told they would place it elsewhere or that I needed it there. I left twice with very heavy lids. My mistake for returning. Provider consistency was nonexistent--I never saw the same provider twice, making it impossible to develop trust or continuity of care. During my most recent visit, I was told my lip filler needed dissolving because it appeared poorly done. When I explained that the filler had been placed at BlueMediSpa, the provider merely replied, "Oh--she doesn't work for us anymore," with no accountability or effort to make things right. After that appointment, a manager did call to discuss my disappointment, but I chose not to speak with them. Looking back, I ignored many red flags that should have warned me. I only realized how subpar their service was after going elsewhere--a med spa that was clean, transparent, and attentive. They listened to my concerns, clearly explained every detail, and didn't make unrealistic promises. I cannot in good conscience recommend BlueMediSpa based on my experiences. I only wish I had followed my instincts sooner. read more

I'm giving my latest review from March. I had a great experience two years ago for Juverderm. Unfortunately, the lovely gal is no longer with Blue Medspa. I had treatment with Audrey who came highly recommended from the front desk. A very nice personable woman, a pleasant experience are the Pro's. I had a full syringe of Juvaderm and 2 units of Botox to ease up a lower chin crease and for marionette lines. Cons: Audrey was working on another client, so my visit was not fast, like last time. The prior gal I had stayed with me the entire time while the Lydocaine started working. Also two days after the treatment, I noticed a soft, palpable lump inside my chin on the mucous membrane. My belief is the Botox chin enhancement was not injected correctly. I have to wait a few more weeks for it to disperse. The staff is nice, place is very clean and the prices are competitive. I will go back but I will ask for a different aestician. read more

Great place. Professional. Parking is easy and the staff on the phone and in person are always helpful with questions. I recommend this place for what I used it for which was losing weight. I have chosen Blue Med spa to get GLP-1 injections. I was struggling to lose the weight I wanted. I had spoken to my doctor who said o didn't need it but needed to just "watch" what I ate and exercise. I had tried calorie counting and keto but I would always fall off because of a birthday or a celebration dinner. I was able to stay conservative with my dose and loose the weight I wanted in a steady course without harming my body. I've lost 15 lbs in three months and I plan on coming back for maintenance after I reach my set goal of 20lbs. I am able to eat healthy and have celebratory meals but maintain small portions. read more

Update 2025: This review is regarding Dysport (toxins) injection. Dysport is like Botox, by the way. I saw Albina for my Dysport about 2 weeks ago so the results are fully settled. I asked her for a little bit of movement because I don't like the frozen look. She did an absolutely masterful job. She took away all the frowning ability between the eyebrows but let me lift my eyebrows a bit so you can still see a little bit of forehead crinkle but at rest there are no lines. This is a very natural look that matches what young people have. Young people don't have frozen foreheads!! She did such an amazing job and gave me exactly- I mean exactly- what I was young for. She was kind and friendly too. I will be going back to her for as long as I can! The results are so good other people have asked me what I had done because I look better but they can't tell it was a toxin due to Albina's masterful injection. People associate Botox with frozen but it doesn't have to be that way!!! You can trust Albina so ask for her and you won't be disappointed! Old: I had my first-ever Dysport injections at Blue with Jane about 2 weeks ago. My whole experience with Blue was great and Jane was amazing. Now, after two weeks, I have my full results, and I'm amazed to be looking at the forehead of a 25 year old every morning. I first went to Blue Medi years ago and had a great experience. When I was looking for Pico Sure Laser Skin treatments and Laser Hair Removal packages I decided to go back to Blue Medi based on my prior good experience. I had a great experience with Maranda for both treatments. She is thorough, great with making you feel comfortable, and has given me the best results so far. I say so far, because Maranda is the 3rd RN that I've been to in a 4-5 month span due to Blue Medi having an exodus of RNs. I was paired with the 1st RN, then was notified she left, then to a 2nd and then she left, and Maranda is my 3rd RN. If I wasn't locked into a package I would have taken my business elsewhere. Who my RN is is very important to me for continued care and service. Thankfully, Maranda is wonderful and she has great technique. I'm on the fence on whether to purchase more services if I'll be shuffled to a 4th RN. Hopefully they'll be able to hold onto their team. read more

I have large pores and uneven tone and overall dullness. I came for a consultation and a facial assessment and then got a few combined treatments: I got a forma laser treatment first that felt like a hot stone massage. It was so relaxing and wonderful and tightened all my skin and decreased puffiness. They charged me extra for numbing cream on my laser treatment! A lot extra! Have you extra heard of such a thing? The laser treatment was overpriced already. Go somewhere where they actually care about their patients' comfort. Addendum to this review: Their customer care specialist Annie was so concerned with bad feedback that she called me and refunded the cost of the numbing cream. I had an appointment for a hydrofacial at 12pm today and ended up leaving at 12:30 because I was still in the waiting room. The receptionist kept letting the esthetician know I was there but there was no communication from her. She was still with the previous patient and provided no updates to either of us. At one point she came out of the treatment room to grab something and didn't acknowledge either of us. A simple apology or explanation would have been fine. The receptionist kindly offered to rebook me with a discount but I won't be going back. The estheticians behavior was completely unprofessional. read more
