Usually yoga classes feel pretty impersonal to me because the instructor stays in the front and rarely goes around to correct posture or positions, so you never know if you're actually doing everything correctly. Brahmi not only demonstrated the moves, she walked around and corrected a lot of people's stances, giving them tips on how to make a stretch more effective or comfortable. If you're a beginner to yoga, TriYoga is the place for you! I could actually feel my back pain improve throughout the lesson and I felt great afterwards. The studio is conveniently located with lots of street parking. I think there may be a lot, but I just parked on the street where there is four hour parking. It's a shoe-free environment the moment you walk in (which I love) and the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. There's tea available if you want some. Inside, there is a mediation room (where there are free meditation classes on Sunday morning), two yoga studios, a big coat room, and four bathrooms (though one was out of commission due to a broken lock). I had a Nift deal for two free classes, so I arrived 15 minutes early to sign up for the class I want, but otherwise, it looks like you can just book the classes online. Prices are fair, being about $20/class; there's a beginner's deal where 5 classes are $25 total. This place is a gem and I definitely recommend!

I am for now taking all the gentle yoga classes I can to hopefully get into the advanced stuff one day. Like other reviewers said, the studio is clean and well maintained. No pressure here either, the instructors are the best. Don't have a yoga mat or props?, TriYoga has plenty of clean items to go around.

I'd been curious about Reiki for a while, and finally decided to give it a go with my partner for a…read morecouples session. It was really beneficial- much more than I anticipated, and a really fascinating experience. I appreciate everyone probably has a different takeaway, but for me it felt like what my body always wants a massage to be - I was able to relax my body while also releasing some stored up energy/ emotions. Lillie provided a safe and comfortable space, and we were both able to process and relax together. I will definitely book another session (partner would also do again!) and we would both highly recommend Lillie to work with. Thank you!

I was a little skeptical at first, but I was interested…read morein learning more about Reiki and figured time for relaxation and breathing would be beneficial regardless of anything else I experienced--and this was so much more! Lillie was kind, professional, welcoming, trauma-informed, and truly gifted. I was able to enter a deeply meditative space almost instantly with her that allowed me to safely process and release a lot of emotions and memories that I hadn't realized were hanging so heavily on me. This was intense, but she kept everything feeling safe and manageable by offering numerous options and gentle conversation throughout the session to guide me. I left feeling more myself than I had in months, and both contentedly tired and thoroughly energized. I don't understand Reiki still or how it "works", but I'm a believer now! I cannot wait for my next session with Lillie--I feel like I was able to advance my life and relationships in important ways after the first session with her, and I'm excited to see and feel what happens next time.
