Cliquey, judgmental and non-meditative. I tried to talk to…read morethe owner, Noreen, about my experience with the studio but after leaving messages and sending feedback through the website, it's clear she does not care enough to respond so I will share my experience here in hopes that you will not have to deal with a studio that no longer cares about the spirit of yoga. I had one great class with a teacher that is not the owner, (which I did not get free as it states on their website. She felt uncomfortable giving it to me when the owner was not there). Because that teacher was so great, I bought a 10 class pass. My Mistake! The next class I attended was ok but the owner taught it and it was clear she had her favored group around her. It was not welcoming at all, more like a workout than a strenuous invigorating yoga centric experience and savasana consisted of her telling us "to take as long as you want" and she walked out of the room. The Monday night class taught by Noreen again was horrific. She walked in and announced to the class that she had vomiting and diarrhea for hours that morning but since there was no one else to teach the class, she showed up. We went straight into the asanas while she told us about her symptoms, told us that it is going around, talked about how miserable her friends are who had it and then walked around the room blowing her nose. Then the conversation, all during poses, turned to gossiping about a teacher who farted all the time, gassy students, a girl who made squeaking sounds, and a girl who made moaning sounds. Then the conversation turned into "bawling kids" about the Patriots game loss and how depressing that was. I felt then that I was at some book club of gossipy high school girls who happened to be doing yoga at the same time. Then she called attention to my metallic ankle bracelet and then announced to the class no less than 3 times it was a placebo, it was humiliating. Then she made the insulting insinuation that I was as naïve as a child by telling the class that she uses the placebo effect on her kids by giving them small pickles for headaches "because they will believe anything". She called me out as "new girl". She told me that one day I will be like the other women in the class. Again, insulting and embarrassing! I was being compared publicly to women who are 20 years younger than me who have a regular practice. I used to have a very strong practice and I know what I am doing. I am just less flexible but I'm fine with that. I honor my practice and my own pace while I make progress in my own time. There was no reverence, no meditative quality, no honoring of self, community or the joy of the practice. And the savasana was again, Noreen walking out the door and telling us to do what we want. I left. Go at your own risk. Just beware that this is not a practice center based on the core yoga fundamental principles.

I received a gift certificate for a private session with Noreen and have have left three voicemail…read moremessages to schedule an appointment. Two of the calls were forwarded straight to voicemail. Nobody's called back. Unprofessional.

They have timely responses to questions via email, phone, or insta. The space is decorated beautifully, the massage room is spotless and cozy, and the massage was both relaxing and therapeutic. After the session I was relieved of the stiffness and experienced less pain. Christine and Josh are great. I highly recommend you become a member to save money and to ensure they can fit you in. It is a great business and they do events in the community which is great. It is so nice to have a space in my community.

She is very thorough and ensured I was comfortable with the pressure of her hands. Also, she played mellow instrumental music, which further created a calm atmosphere. I left feeling lighter because my shoulder soreness was alleviated and a ton of tension was released from my head to my toes. Christine is a totally empathetic and down-to-earth professional. I am grateful she shared stretching strategies for me to prevent stress in my shoulders and neck. I will definitely be getting another full body massage here again. I'd been curious about Reiki for a while, and finally decided to give it a go with my partner for a…read morecouples session. It was really beneficial- much more than I anticipated, and a really fascinating experience. I appreciate everyone probably has a different takeaway, but for me it felt like what my body always wants a massage to be - I was able to relax my body while also releasing some stored up energy/ emotions. Lillie provided a safe and comfortable space, and we were both able to process and relax together. I will definitely book another session (partner would also do again!) and we would both highly recommend Lillie to work with. Thank you!

What an amazing, life changing experience! I was a little skeptical at first, but I was interested…read morein learning more about Reiki and figured time for relaxation and breathing would be beneficial regardless of anything else I experienced--and this was so much more! Lillie was kind, professional, welcoming, trauma-informed, and truly gifted. I was able to enter a deeply meditative space almost instantly with her that allowed me to safely process and release a lot of emotions and memories that I hadn't realized were hanging so heavily on me. This was intense, but she kept everything feeling safe and manageable by offering numerous options and gentle conversation throughout the session to guide me. I left feeling more myself than I had in months, and both contentedly tired and thoroughly energized. I don't understand Reiki still or how it "works", but I'm a believer now! I cannot wait for my next session with Lillie--I feel like I was able to advance my life and relationships in important ways after the first session with her, and I'm excited to see and feel what happens next time.
