Not a great place to visit. I went there to do a transaction with Western Union and couldn't complete the transaction due to my middle name being on my ID. Some places are stickers for middle names and others aren't even banks aren't like this. I guess I'm laundering $100. Either way some agents do this and others don't. Will not do business or recommend this place to anyone I know. The teller apologized, for my inconvenience, and he seemed to be a nice human, but when people are sticklers like that it usually means the location is not that busy. Hello you want a terrific place to get a loan, here it is. I found the people kind yet professional. Extremely helpful for all ages. I was scammed. They got into my bank account and took my money. Idk how this place works never has money Call to ask and they have an attitude for asking if they have cash

I received awful service at the Ming location, the one by long john silvers.The staff was pushy and unprofessional. The current staff are driving this place into the ground. I've done business with Advance America for years at a different location, and have NEVER been treated so poorly. I tried to transfer to this one on ming ave. I feel I was discriminated against because I am gay by Alma. When I asked to talk to a manager I got Desiree who did not treat me or my concern with respect. I was so hurt and angry I left. Later, I called to talk to the general manager Cruz who then denied the incident even happened. Please take your business elsewhere. read more
