A manufacturer mistakenly sent one of my orders to this location last week, and for some reason either George or one of his employees felt the need to.... -Open the box and unpackage one of EACH of the styles that was included inside (two of which were double bagged). -Damage a white blazer vest by getting ink spots on it, then ball it back up and throw it into the box -Unzip and try on one of the skirts -Remove the invoice that was attached to the front of the package The entire time, my phone number, name and business name were all on the UPS label as well as the invoice that they ripped off and removed from the package. For some reason, him and his staff had time to rummage through all of my merchandise, but yet they didn't have the time to either a) give me a call and let me know that they received my package by mistake, or b) call ups and have them take the package back. But wait! It gets worse... After getting the merchandise I had to return to their office today to retrieve the invoice they kept. I nicely mentioned what happened to the merchandise to George, who was extremely curt and dismissive. He lied and said the package had been in their office for "three weeks", when it only arrived on April 19th, which was a week ago. He was not apologetic in the least bit and was extremely rude. Now, I can understand them opening the box, or even opening one item, before realizing that the package wasn't meant for them. But the fact that one of each style was completely unpackaged is obvious and deliberate. And George's disrespectful attitude when confronted about the issue only served to drive that home. Would you trust someone who illegally tampers with someone elses mail, but doesn't bother to try and return the package to it's rightful owner? I know I wouldn't.

this branch is misleading and extremely dishonest. i had 3 vehicles insured through this branch. 1…read morebecame non op due to an incident and when i called to inquire on my rates ( i currently pay 550 a month), i went back and forth with the rep that was helping me to see about lowering my rates while i decide to repair my truck or not. i requested it be placed on hold and non op and the rep stated that my rates would go up if i removed it, having additional vehicles help. she stated that she could adjust my est annual milage, reassign drivers on my policy etc a bunch of fluf that lowered my policy a few dollars. i logged onto all state and into my policy and discovered that every 6 months im paying up to 600 dollars. through the online app i was able to remove the truck and save 600 every 6 months. my policy lowered about 20%!!!!! i will be going through another company

Yes, I'm going to write an update…read more My pet peeve is using a platform and sharing an honest review and the platform doesn't investigate carefully before deleting reviews and that's what happened here. I emailed yelp back asking for them to clarify their reporting process because they deleted my previous reviews for AAA and nobody got back to me, so I will continue to share what happened to me when Erin S. was involved at the Bakersfield branch. In 2023 after paying me out for the damages their party caused, they sent a report to LexisNexis and failed to identify who was at fault (clearly not me). I received a letter from my current insurance provider in 2026 stating i had a nonchargeable at fault accident because the report was incomplete. I called and worked with LexisNexis to dispute this and even they acted surprised an insurance company would make such a mistake to leave that information out on a report. This matters because the information on the report could have affected my eligibility and rates for car insurance from 2023 to 2026. It took over 30 days to get this disputed.  Businesses making careless mistakes to mess with people's finances should absolutely be called out.
