They no longer cash checks, but Ben thought that's exactly what it says they do online. I arrived, during posted open business hours, to find the location closed at 2:00 in the afternoon. There was a note. Saying they would re-open at 2:30, and finally they did at 2:40. I wasted time and gas driving there, waited 40 minutes for them to reopen when they were supposed to be open, then they no longer perform a key service they advertise online, with no mention that they no longer cash checks anywhere on their website. I've been getting loans from this location for over 2 months now. Never a problem. Always amazing service and very friendly and efficient. The manager, Shelly is incredibly helpful and very patient . When you're older than dirt and " low tech" like myself to pull things from websites, and open this or close that is confusing and at times frustrating. Here they make it easy and if you struggle .... Like I do , they'll gladly do it for you . So you're not standing there like a moron staring at them , like they're speaking some foreign dialect . The customer service is so lousy, they should have at least 2 people working at the counter when there is 4 people in the lobby....

They screwed up and put the $200.00 I put on the card twice. Now, they've completely ruined my account, because they put a hold on my card, after I paid them cash. Instead of just cancelling the extra deposit they've totally destroyed my account and this card was hooked up into all of my online services like Paypal etc. and now I have to do everything all over again!
