Also: Why do you ask for a bank statement, then call the bank AND ask for me to pull up my mobile banking app to prove my check cleared? Customers: Be prepared to wait 50 mins to 1 1/2 hr. If you can't get the funds from the actual account don't you think having a check for that exact account would be utterly useless? Seeing as you have the exact account information that you can pull directly from it and a check you have to wait to clear and can bounce if not sufficient funds so it just doesn't make sense. I wanted to use the service but I'm not going to risk them cashing the check and pulling from my account because there is always room for human error and I personally don't feel comfortable with letting them put multiple "hands" into my bank account when it's only a small loan that I have to pay for in the first place. When I said maybe I will not take, she did not care, she even said if I came back the next day I would have longer, I said ok, will I have to go through this long process again or can you hold for tomorrow, she says oh no you will have to fill out again and wait!
