He explained our options clearly without giving off the typical "upsell" vibe, which I really appreciated. I decided to go with the prepay fuel option, and it turned out to be a great deal, only $2.61/gallon compared to $3.21 at the pump. Kevin also took the time to carefully note every scratch and ding already on the vehicle so we wouldn't have to worry about it later at drop-off. All in all, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely rent from Enterprise again. Kevin made the process easy and stress-free, highly recommend!

Regardless of the negative feedback, I just received one these. I wrote her (copied corporate) and complained that it was creepy AF. Apparently, she doesn't think this is inappropriate or creepy. She could not care less. Her inability to comprehend this tells me she is unscrupulous. A shady lady. I wouldn't trust her at all. They had a great selection of them, including Die Hard, which used to be sold only at Sears...many...many years ago... That brand has since been sold to Advance Auto Parts (in 2019-2020). I can't believe how expensive these batteries cost, but again, this is the "heart" of your car, so better get one that starts all the time. Warning!!!! Don't buy a car from Mark Perry at RK Auto Body and Sales!…read more I purchased a 2009 Subaru legacy from him on March 28, 2018 and the problem started on the ride home. My mother went with me to pick up the car and I had her drive it home. (I needed to have a left foot Accelerator pedal installed in order for me to be able to drive it due to a stroke.) When I was following her I noticed that the rear right brake light was out. I immediately called and spoke to Gina and told her about the problem and she said I could bring it in and they would replace the bulb. (This is the only positive response that I received regarding multitude of issues with the car) On the ride home my mother experience violent shaking from the front end of the car when she stepped on the break pedal. (Mark drove the car when I went to look at it because it didn't have a left foot Accelerator pedal yet.) He told me that the brakes were pulsing because "the car had been sitting for so long and that it should go away with use." I took it to my mechanic to have the left foot Accelerator pedal installed and ask him to look at the brakes. He took it for test drive and found that the brake pedal was pulsing and recommended replacing the rotors and front brake pads. Shortly there after, I went to use the windshield washer and the pump didn't work. Also, the AC wasn't working. I called to set up a time to have these issues addressed under the 30 day warranty that he provided. The first time I called I spoke to Gina and she said "Mark is out in the paint booth and things of been crazy busy around here." I asked her to have him give me a call and she said she would but I never heard from him. Each subsequent time I didn't get a response. I then emailed him (no response) and finally sent him two certified letters before the end of the 30 day warranty to which I received no response. I had my mechanic make the repairs which cost me $850 and then sued him for the money.On the first hearing date he mysteriously developed food poisoning and the date had to be postponed. On the second court date he didn't bother to show and I received a default judgment. The bottom line is don't believe anything he says and his warranty isn't worth the paper that it's written on!!!
