Joey was up front and as soon as I walked in he asked if I needed help. I told him I was changing my oil because of a leak and he helped get what I needed and told me possible causes of the leak and what to check. He showed me prices of the parts I might need depending on where it was leaking from. He did all that while being friendly, easy going, and funny. He made crappy problem and day a lot better. Go to one of the other 2 parts stores on 16th Street. I purchased light bulbs for tail light; they gave me the wrong bulbs and didn't "have time" to give me a receipt, so when I tried to return them I was told "you are stuck with them". There was only one staff member in sight; a woman that seemed bothered that I came in to do business. She was very rude besides giving poor customer service. Will be going to Autozone or O'Reilly from now on. read more

Funny but a state trooper passed me as I was sitting there with my flashers on but did not stop. Anyway, a state trooper had it towed to this place and when I called they said they could not tell me the price because they didn't know what all the driver had to do to tow it 10 miles so I would have to wait 2 hours for her to call me back with the price. The guy that I spoke to when I called back to ask about getting my stuff out which is my cleaning supplies for my business but he wouldn't even allow me to tell him what I needed but instead treated me like a child and made me tell him I understood. They finally call back to tell me it will cost me 245 and I can get it at noon the next day or Monday and it would be the same cost. I told her to tell the rude man I spoke with a few choice words and all the sudden he chimes in because he had been listening on the phone the entire time. He calls me back because I hung up on him but I hung up on him again because he tells me I can't get my van until Monday because of how I talked to him. This is very unprofessional behavior and he has no business being in or working at any business. There are bad reviews after another on their Google profile stating the same thing about their rudeness and overcharging. I believe they have a deal with the troopers and it's just a big scam.
