As I signed the paperwork for the tow company, a beautiful young lady had me sign paperwork and suggested I give verbal agreement for my insurance company to come and pick up my car. That was just great. She saved me a trip in and sped things up with Insurance. Its nice to know there are still businesses out there that look out for their customers. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do - Hawkins Towing & Recovery will be the first call I make.

They told the tow company to bring my car to a place in Bedford that has been out of business for over a year! Not being from the area, I had no idea where to actually take it for repair. The tow truck driver mentioned Morgan's Auto Service and it turned out to be an excellent suggestion. They were really fair-priced, did a good job to get me back on the road, and communicated super well to update me what was going on. Anyway, a state trooper had it towed to this place and when I called they said they could not tell me the price because they didn't know what all the driver had to do to tow it 10 miles so I would have to wait 2 hours for her to call me back with the price. The guy that I spoke to when I called back to ask about getting my stuff out which is my cleaning supplies for my business but he wouldn't even allow me to tell him what I needed but instead treated me like a child and made me tell him I understood. They finally call back to tell me it will cost me 245 and I can get it at noon the next day or Monday and it would be the same cost. I told her to tell the rude man I spoke with a few choice words and all the sudden he chimes in because he had been listening on the phone the entire time. He calls me back because I hung up on him but I hung up on him again because he tells me I can't get my van until Monday because of how I talked to him. This is very unprofessional behavior and he has no business being in or working at any business. There are bad reviews after another on their Google profile stating the same thing about their rudeness and overcharging. I believe they have a deal with the troopers and it's just a big scam.

I slipped off a driveway the snow had not been shoveled, the homeowner called Brown County and…read moreTire, the tow truck driver hooked up my car and struggled to get me back on the driveway which I had not gotten that far off, but he kept sliding himself and spinning his tires to a point his truck jerked my car while his truck was sliding off the driveway on the otherside, with more yanking he was able straighten my car up I immediately noticed my car not steering correctly to a point we struggled getting my car to back up down the rest of the driveway. The tow was $95 which I have a receipt for and contacted the company who refused to apologize or offer anything to remedy the situation
