Anyway, the lady was very helpful on the phone and gave me a quote of $132, but when the guy showed up he said it was $185. I had a appointment at Hubbard to get my transmission programmed, so we paid the guy that said amount. The Towing guy was rude, lazy and unprofessional. He hooked up my truck to the tow bar and strapped it down, with the extra strap he was going to put it in my passager side door, but it was locked. Instead of using the key to unlock the door, he wrapped the strap around my antenna. Needless to say, by the time my truck got to Hubbard I had no antenna, a dent in the quarter panel and paint was removed from my quarter panel because of the strap. I contacted their claim guy who looked at my truck and said they would fix the issues, but after our conversation he hasn't returned my call. Oh and I let them know that they're still using Mikels Towing on the internet...isn't that false advertising? Using Mikels reviews as theirs!!! Just a heads up...make sure you get who you call.

Didn't get near that mess here, compared to the experience my buddy and I had with Ray Skillman West in Indianapolis earlier this year (where they popped in nearly $500 of "mandatory" dealer fees without warning during the signing papers process and failed on many accounts which I put down in my review for your enjoyment) this was a nice clean air shopping experience. I am my friend's auto advisor and finally felt good to get to a dealer where everyone is working together and making the typical awful-ness of big expensive purchases as smooth as possible. Billy took care of us as we picked out a 2016 Nissan Altima. There isn't much to pick from beyond the domestic and Japanese/Korean options, Camry, Malibu, Focus, and such basic names but easily enough for the average car buyer. I'm sure they'd normally have a lot more options as first mentioned. We noticed one of the tires had 5psi on it but Billy was quick to sort that out (unlike Ray Skillman who made it worse). Thankfully we are planning to get back down Thursday to complete the purchase. Looking forward to driving down again since I need a car too! It's a bummer they aren't keen to car search - I asked; learned that some people were not raised right and fail to buy the car they said they wanted. I'd like to see T&T figure out a way to work with customers to find cars. Going to an auction myself wouldn't be smart on my part since I have zero experience, entirely clueless to know what's a smart buy, would rather let the professionals who know what to look for do auction car searching especially for salvage and rebuilt titles which require extra loops to jump through before being road legal. From what I understand, most of these cars were only stuck with cosmetic damage before going to auction. Any serious issues are fixed before putting up for sale on the lot, all things considering makes T&T is the hot spot for getting some great wheels at a fair price.
