That's how I found myself here on a Sunday afternoon, searching for a replacement for our Mitsubishi Outlander. We located a matching vehicle online in their yard and crossed our fingers it would still be there when we arrived. Luckily, it was! U Pull & Pay is conveniently located near Palm Beach International Airport--you'll definitely notice the planes flying overhead. They're open seven days a week, which is a huge plus. Admission to the yard is $3 per person, or $2 if you sign up for their free VIP program. Just note: no one under 16 is allowed in the yard. The staff was friendly and helpful, pointing us directly to the right row. From there, you're on your own--you do need to bring your own tools. Fortunately, the back glass on the Mitsubishi was still intact. After dodging a few rainstorms and putting in some effort, we were able to remove it successfully. We even found some interior trim pieces we needed. If you're not able to pull parts yourself, they do offer that as a service. Inside, there's a lounge area and an actual restroom--which, while not the freshest-smelling, is still better than the porta-potties you often find at similar places. They also sell inexpensive drinks (a lifesaver in the heat, since there's little shade in the yard) and even have shelves with random thrift items recovered from cars. One thing to keep in mind: they don't offer cash refunds, but with a receipt and marked part, exchanges are allowed within 30 days. Overall, I think their prices are some of the best in the area--what we paid was about half the price of LKQ next door. What could've been a costly mistake turned into a much more manageable fix thanks to U Pull & Pay.

My mother, a 58 year old Spanish speaking woman, visited your Military Trl location at approximately 11am today because she had a nail in one of her tires. The tire was going flat rapidly so she left work and found your shop/business. Upon arrival she was greeted by "Steve" who told her he would asses the damage and provide an estimate. After a few minutes Steve returned and informed her that he was unable to fix the nail in the tire and added that she needed 4 new tires, which would cost $900.00. My mother told him it was too much, so Steve invited her to return tomorrow "Friday" because maybe it was "payday", implying she couldn't afford the $900.00. I really hope this is not how your company is training employees. Not only is it unprofessional, it's border line stealing. My mom was able to find a nearby tire shop, Marcos, who charged her $25 to remove the nail. They also told her that her tires still had a lot of life left In them and there was no need to replace them. If your company has any questions, you're more than welcome to message me. After arriving to my sons house where i had paid to have towed to First car battery dead Brand NEW BATTERY so open hood to jump battery and realized the air filter fuel rail spark plugs coils were all taken out and left laying on motor under hood then found box of hardware hidden behind crap in back of car. Where as i repaired all parts taken out and not replaced there was 1 NUT from 1 coil and 1 BOLT from fuel missing being a mechanic i do understand this is an intentionally done to say FU to the customer. After replacing all parts go to start battery still dead did not take a charge so i charged his old battery and replaced the new battery they installed and car started right up ran and drove does need tune up but motor was fine no issues Yet had both these repairs shops say motor was no good Junk it.....As a mechanic who understand how things work. BEWARE OF CROOKS who were paid over $1,000 for repairs that were not needed the motor taken apart yet just replace a battery that was NO GOOD..who looked to ROB/STEAL a student at LYNN from NY... I only have 12k miles on my tires and I contacted Michelin and they recommended I go to this place for a tire evaluation. Ron was my service technician and he couldn't have been more thoughtful and educated me regarding how tires wear. As it turns out, my tires are wearing fine based on my mileage to date. I also asked Ron about my brakes and he explained how brakes work and the rust is normal based on Floridas weather and once wet it does disappear and he is so correct about the rust.
