She had an attitude, bad energy and was huffing and puffing the entire transaction and at the end she told me I should have a better day. When she was the one that made the entire encounter not pleasing at all. I offered to give her her the Vin number to my car to see if it will help make the situation smoother. Whoever the older grey haired guy with glasses behind the counter is on 6-2-23 at 8:30 am is a the definition of an a$$hole. Extremely rude to his coworkers first and foremost. Talks to customers like they are children, makes demands instead of asking questions, condescending. All within a couple minutes of buying one product. Horrible service, I went to get tool i needed and no one there helped me. They left me there without guidance as to what I needed. To make things worse my husband called and asked if he could return a tool that wasn't needed. They said yes. He went and the manager told him he couldn't return the tool without my card...when he specifically told him by phone that he could. Horrible customer service. Not happy at all. read more

i purchased two wiper blades for a 2019 BMW from Advance Auto Parts and they installed them. After a short time they sounded like they were scratching the windshield unless it rained very hard. i went back to the store and asked that they replace them, they would not i visited a BMW dealer and bought new ones , which they installed . I mailed the two defective blades to Advance Auto in Raleigh , NC on May 29 , 2020 never heard from them I paid $48.00 for the Advance blades. BMW dealer charged $37.00 for Factory blades this company does not stand behind there products read more

Every time I buy from them they are helpful. They go out of their way to help change the battery of my car.

I had to get a new battery for my husbands vehicle. Some ants had made a nest inside his battery. ( I've never heard of that before) anyway- the whole staff there was accommodating and amazing! Deborah ended up finishing the job for me and replaced the battery. She was super helpful and so kind! I pray she is blessed beyond measure as well as the other people working there. If I could give no stars I would - the manager Bob is horrible to his employees and degrades them in front of customers. I only went there for windshield wipers - omg - what a feasko that was - trying to Manipulate the Windshield wiper arm of my car to fit the wiper blade I bought. I stated that I will just get the other blades and then the manager would not sell them to me - I told him he was a horrible manager and he proceeded to tell me then why did he win Manager of the Year - I stated I don't know how u won - ur extremely rude to everyone in this store and especially to ur employees. I told him I was going to call the corporate office he said go ahead u won't get anywhere with them and they will just refer you back to me it's not gonna go anywhere and it won't be resolved. After going into a Delray Beach location which didn't have the part, they put in an order to the Hypoluxo store to be in the Delray store by 4pm. Came back for pick up no part it hadn't been sent next delivery would be the morning. Had to drive to pick up the part if I wanted to do that I would of had it at 2 instead of after 5pm. Still had to wait for an assistant manager to find the part about 5 minute which just happened to be right in front of his face on the counter. Staff showed no care for the situation they caused me placing blame on the carrier but I'm should a staff member should of been the one to make sure the carrier took all packages accountability is everything and this store has none! read more

This location has been ok, but this past visit was terrible. Both staff members at the counter had their arms on the desks with little to no response like they did not care. Service was bad and did not even phase them to try and help me with my item. read more
