What confuses me is that while I was sitting in the lobby they were repeated videos advertising shuttle service, but I was told that they were too busy to do that today. Once I had shuttle service home and when they called to let me know the car was ready, I assumed they would let me know that the driver was on his way. I asked and the driver had gone home. Can you tell me why shuttle service is being advertised, but not provided? I don't want to know that you're short staffed. I don't want to know that you're not paying for an employee to perform the service. I'd like to know why you're advertising that service and not providing it. I was expecting shuttle service and I had to go over five hours unexpectedly with no breakfast and no lunch. I know it's Nissan and not Mercedes but if you're going to promise shuttle service then there should be shuttle service offered, right? Seems very obvious and has been an ongoing issue. I purchased my vehicle from Greico along with the oil change package. Unfortunately I have 5 oil changes left. I say unfortunately as if there is no shuttle service I will be literally wasting those Saturdays for lengthy oil changes. It seems unacceptable while Nissan still advertises shuttle service and behaves as if 5 hours is acceptable. Why would I sell my vehicle to Greico and purchase a new one from Greico? Would you? Why is shuttle service being advertised, but not provided?

My check…read moreengine light went on and someone told me they will plug their handheld computer module into the diagnostic input in your car and print out a report for you. I showed up and the employee was testing a battery for a customer, another free service, and within 5 minutes was able to take care of my request. Turned out all I needed was a new gas cap. Love this service, so figured I'd spread the word. I forgot the emps name, but he's pictured in my photo. He had a great attitude and was happy to help.
