I couldn't wait until Monday to have my car looked at, and needed to find a dependable and honest auto shop that was open locally in my area (Lake Worth). Fortunately, luck was on my side and found Lake Worth Auto Repair upon doing a Yelp search. Open from 8AM to 12PM on Saturdays, I called them early and they were more than happy to at least take a look at my car -- so long as I could get it the two miles it needed to go. They're located on Florida St just west of 19th Ave N and Dixie Highway. I was able to get my car there, and have it diagnosed. Turns out, my spark plugs needed to be replaced in a bad way, as well as my ignition coil. They replaced all within no time, and I was on my way out the door for a lot less than I thought I was going to be. They were straight up and honest, and very accommodating. My car is running great now, and I have Lake Worth Auto Repair to thank. They are bonafide, know what they're doing, and deliver on what they say. If I ever need to bring my car in locally, this is where I will go.

I discovered when I went to pick up my car that the shop stated the check engine light was still going on so to the lower flaps on the front grill that they couldn't correct from their end. Being that I received a business card from Milestone Motors a few months ago that specializes in BMW auto repairs, I decided to give them a go. I figured they would tell me it wasn't under warranty and give me a fair price for whatever the repair was going to be based on what I looked up online. I was right. They did an excellent job performing a diagnostics on my car, also letting me know on other areas that were going to need my attention in the near future for repairs. Keep in mind, you will have to pay for the full diagnostics check but you will know everything that will need to be addressed in the future. I also was able at no additional charge to have my CarPlay working on my car again thanks to their review. They provide complimentary Lyft ride share to your house or work, which is very nice. They also have loaner options through Enterprise for about $35 a day if you need a car while yours is in the shop. They are flexible if you need to split up payment by different cards, etc. Jennifer who advised me on my car was clear and direct with the steps. Provided a full review of the inspection results and options for either approving or declining repairs. I have my confirmed auto shop to use outside of BMW going forward that is close enough to my house and ensure I have a fair deal on repairs as they arise.

It's not unheard of, but it's about double the norm. Since I had already paid $150 to tow my Jeep SRT there, I felt stuck and agreed. A few hours later, the real shock: $1,920 to replace a stock fuel pump. When I questioned the price, discounts started flying--too little, too late. I expect fair pricing from the beginning, not after I push back. So I paid another $150 to tow it out. The icing on the cake? Their upsell system flagged over $4,500 in "recommended" maintenance, including $1,178 for an oil pan gasket (despite no leaks or signs of wear) and $90 for a cabin filter. I told him the same thing was going on with my car. I was hearing some squealing noises and they said there was nothing wrong with anything. I've had BMWs for 30 years. I know how they work. So I come back they say I need new air conditioner a dryer that's gonna cost 3600. That's more than the BMW dealership. The part denso cost about $387 online top-of-the-line. There's nothing wrong with my suspension, but yet they told me I need a new control arm and bushings My car is not making any shaking. It does not shake at a certain speed. It doesn't shake when I break. There's nothing nothing wrong with my suspension. The squeaking noise is coming from the air conditioner. I told him when I take my foot off the gas the squeak stops. The kicker is this. I let air out of my back tire rear right tire. It was about 25 pounds. I asked him to check the tires literally ! when he came back to me. He said yeah they looked a little worn out in the back. Nothing about being low they couldn't break out a two dollar air gauge check my air in my tires. They let me go of their lot with a 25 pounds of air in my back rt tire. I specifically asked them to check the tires. Then they wanna charge me over $5000 fir work Total rip off total rip off when I got the car at the shop. The mileage didn't even change !! worse , when I got it back so they didn't even take it for a test drive to see if anything was going on. They claimed to be like some kind of awesome Foreign auto repair shop, but they're really just a scam job trying to rip off people I give them a zero!!!
