Called the site before going and they confirmed they had both left and right hand parts. Got there and it took 45 min for them to let me know that they had none of the cars on the lot. (no parts that match) .... I waited 3 business days to see if they do the right thing to update their online inventory and found they only updated the inventory of the left side parts as the right side still show available. If you are very close to the location maybe worth your time. However you cant trust they have the inventory in stock based on how they update the online inventory. Net result 2 hours road time.. 45 min wait.. no parts for the effort.

I took it back and of course they were happy to charge me another $51 to look at it. They got it to start but would not start for me. I purchased a compression tester and discovered the blower only had 70 PSI of compression. Now I have over $300 wrapped up in an old blower that needs to be completely rebuilt. Do not use these people. Any shade tree mechanic can throw parts at something without doing any troubleshooting. I was greeted by friendly Morgan and she gave me a rough idea about worse case scenarios on cost which all seemed fine with me. I left it with her because they are busy (I would rather a busy shop than a slow shop). My only complaint is it took longer than I hoped but I get it back and they didn't even have to spend all the money I thought that I would spend! We had a very disappointing experience with Pep Boys in Dacula. We purchased and had new tires…read moreinstalled in December 2025. Shortly after the installation, we began hearing noticeable brake noise coming from the driver's side of the vehicle. In January, we brought the car back to Pep Boys specifically to ask about the brake noise. They denied any responsibility or wrongdoing related to the tire installation and claimed there were no brake issues caused or overlooked during their service. They then provided us with a quote for brake replacement that exceeded $1,400. What was most alarming was that the estimate listed remanufactured brake components for a 2024 vehicle, which is unacceptable at that price point and raises serious safety concerns. We ultimately took the vehicle to the dealership for a second opinion. The dealership was genuinely surprised that Pep Boys did not identify brake issues at the time the tires were installed. We were told the brake problems should have been noticed much earlier and that there is no reasonable way the condition developed in less than a month between the tire installation and the brake repair. Between the lack of accountability, the extremely high estimate, and the use of remanufactured brake parts on a newer vehicle, this experience left us with very little confidence in Pep Boys Dacula's inspection process or recommendations. We will not be returning and would not recommend this location to others.

The employee gives me a refund, then proceeds to say if I wasn't using why would I detach the house from the "shit" then he tells another employee that's is dumb that I would do that. Hands meet a receipt then throws the pen for me to sign, after I asked "why is he mad?" and I mentioned that the pen didn't have to be thrown... This employee still says, I did your refund but next time I won't!! He was rude for no reason, I would never use Ashleigh then try to return it, and if it was use the can wouldn't have been full...
