    Worst customer service at this location!! If you hire bilingual why don't they want to speak Spanish!!!! Rude as hell!!!

    Terrible app pick up policy. Paid for item on app and the account used my partners card. Regardless…read moreof me having and showing my ID and presenting the card, and showing that it was done on my app. I wasn't allowed to pick my item up. If that is such a tough policy they should allow an option for another persons name to added for pick up like most other places with in-store pick up rather than just be dismissive and rude. Not everyone is a criminal Dakota who clearly needs improvement on being dismissive and and how he speaks to customers. Even listening to him on the phone while waiting he clearly sounds like the workplace Karen. Update: Asked the order to just be canceled and was told it was. 10 days later upon checking the card statement the charge is still there and the order still open. Dakota clearly had some chip on his shoulder, I had a brief yet unpleasant experience and this clearly shows his mind was elsewhere. Called 800 to ask them to cancel the order and was told I had to go to the store to have them do it, and then call them if they will not cancel the order then; only WHILE IN THE STORE. I have already purchased the part at another Autozone. One would think they would see it then, after giving them my number and pulling up my account, and say "Hey, I see here you have an open order here". At the end of the day they should just cancel the dang order!
