The second time I went to the store the same guy was there and I asked him for grease. He said all he had was wheel bearing grease. TWO SECONDS LATER, Charlie Calanni Jr. walks in and I tell him my dilemma and he talks to the guy and VOILA!, they walk back into the warehouse and get the RIGHT grease that I needed. Obviously, this guy IS RACIST and DOES NOT PROVIDE PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will NEVER GIVE MY BUSINESS TO THEM EVER AGAIN! I informed the other gentlemen of the situation, exactly as it happened, and told him that I would NEVER be coming back. He told me to wait and he would talk to the guy and I said this is the second time he has provided POOR SERVICE and I would not wait to hear his "excuses" for being racist. They gave me a brand new battery (the one I paid for and should have been given 2yrs ago by the scammer), and were able to tell me directly that I needed a new alternator. Service was professional, supportive, and they took the time to clearly explain what happened and what needed to happen. Not going anywhere else for future battery needs For the future, avoid this scammer: Arius Booker. Took my old battery and "left to get the new battery" then bought and returned the new one and installed another old battery. Then insisted on me paying cash after installing it, knowing I'd be stuck w/o the battery.

I immediately contacted the company and promptly followed the listed instructions to ship the part back to the company. I received a threatening and harassing phone call from the owner of the company and a message stating that I was unethical for simply following return guidelines. This company asked me to help them out and resell the part and then hung up on when I stated the part was already in the process of being shipped back to them. I am extremely disappointed in Moradparts actions and poor treatment to a customer for simply returning a part that did not fit. An honest mistake does not justify treating customers like crap. They may need to consider changing their return policy instead of harassing customers that support their business.
